Just love the way this is written and presented, great article @Amanda Barber !

Thank you all for your contributions and hard work, well appreciated!

I really like async collaboration. It gives me the time I need to process, analyze and weigh a new idea, decision to be taken of even a simple communication. If needed, I can decide quickly, but most of the times, I admit I need to filter the input first. Async is also great to plan and prepare beforehand, gather agenda…

Thanks for sharing these updates @Eden Gorton !

I remember having a heavy abscess after my wisdom teeth were removed, that was not a pleasant experience. And well ... braces, they were the subject of bullying in my early teens.

This looks promising @Grady Gausman

Thanks to confirm, here's how to add users to your project

HI @anjali s please have a look at the following documentation article: Import data from a CSV file

Hi @Jesper Halden Without answering your question, I'm curious about how you manage releases in Assets. Can you elaborate on this and share some screenshots if possible?
-
Hi @Baruch Lerner Why would you like to send the list of issues to other users when you can invite them to the project? The list is probably subject to change and you would have to export it every time there's an update. The purpose of Jira Work Management is to collaborate on tasks within the product. If people only need…

Great to see improvements and new features in this "gardening" area @John Hooper !

Thanks for the update @Monique vdB welcoming all new features. On that note: Sometimes, I'm unable to find the name of a person I want to give Kudos to (and yes, they are subscribed to the Kudos program). Is there a way to improve the fuzzy search when you don't know the exact name?

Welcome @Axel Sooriah !

@Nikki Zavadska _Appfire_ Those dog emoji icons look great. 🐾 Our team has a quarterly retro. Looking at Amanda's answer, I'm wondering whether we should increase the interval. 🤔 We use TeamRetro. For retrospectives, you have the choice of different Retro Templates * Start/Stop/Continue * What went well?/What went less…

I'm interested in the EAP, but the apply form has too many required fields, sorry.

Hi @David Arévalo , assets are not included in the cloud backup. Therefore, you need to purchase a third-party app. An example of such an app is Insight Assets Backup & Migration

Hi @Mike Pedersen welcome to the Atlassian Community. The capacity of your iterations can fluctuate for several reasons. Examples include public holidays, a sick team member, or team members spread across different projects. If you’re using time-based estimates, the default capacity is 200 weekly hours. If you’re using…

Hi @David Plesu Agents Agents work on customer requests. These requests are sent by email or through your help center, and are tracked as issues in your service project. Agents are added to the Service Desk Team role in a service project. Learn more about roles in Jira Service Management. Agents can: * view the portal,…

Hi @Benjamin Sadoux Have you made the Description field required via the field configuration or via the Yes/No required toggle in the request form?
-
Hi james.martin@wexinc.com welcome to the Atlassian Community! That's an interesting question! I've been digging through the documentation, but I haven't found a solution either. In my opinion, this differentiation is not possible as on-call schedules are "independent" from escalations methods. Awaiting answers from other…

Hi @Hafiz Anas , are you currently using any third-party solution for time tracking? In order to meet your requirements, you might consider exploring the Atlassian Marketplace for time tracking apps. I'm aware that this is an investment, but when you're serious about time tracking, the out-of-the box features in Jira just…

This great discussion article can use some TLC, so let's spark it with a recent update: What is one way Atlassian products have shifted the way your team works? Using collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence have helped us to open up our work in progress. Wiping the blind spots, opening up 1:1 comments & questions to…

Recently, boards for JSM were announced, have a look at this article: Introducing Boards for Jira Service Management!

HI @Kelly Verhaeghe What is the rationale behind a roadmap for Jira Service Management issue (types)? Is it to plan Changes/RFCs and possible Service Requests? Because Incidents and Problems are unplanned work.

I used to drink Red Bull to stay awake, until I discovered I had severe obstructive sleep apnea. I rarely watch live TV anymore, nowadays it's VOD and streaming services.
-
Thanks for the Launchpad @Angelie Stephens The large banner under the navigation bar on the Atlassian Community homepage is still taking up way too much (almost 33%) screen estate though, I wish you could dismiss it. It is not really relevant for seasoned visitors.

When you go into the Atlassian Partner Directory, you can filter on Training under Services. I don't know whom of these solution partners is an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) though, that is indeed not clearly indicated. Don't hesitate to contact multiple solution partners to check their offering and approach.

@Rachel Crossman Right now, we're still using custom fields for Teams. Once the Atlassian Team field has more features, we're considering a switch to the default field. Especially for JSM, we're always using "teams" for support. Also in JSW, the "team" field can be used for projects.
