Hi @Shefali Tayade Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are you talking about Atlassian Teams in Jira (see Teams in the navigation bar) or Shared Teams in Advanced Roadmaps? Is the team name currently shown on the card of a kanban or scrum board? Can you perhaps clarify with the steps to reproduce the issue or a screenshot?…

Hi @Paul Kennedy welcome to the Atlassian Community! I moved your question to the Atlassian Intelligence Product Group, but left a read-only placeholder in the Confluence Product Group. Hopefully, someone from this group can answer your question. I haven't seen any confirmation yet that AI also searches attachment content.

Hi @Rene van Veen have a look at this KB article: How to remove or edit access to development panel

Hi @Gagana welcome to the Atlassian Community! What are the criteria for routing approval from a story to approver A or B? Is it a label, a component, a value of a custom field? I'm sure you could build an automation rule based on a specific condition.
-
From the similar questions/topic I've read in the Community, this is not possible. But I may be wrong. See: How to copy the Organizations field value to a custom field?

Is it possible to share a video of the steps you are performing?

Hi @Misqah Gool welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you followed this procedure? Configure the issue type hierarchy The Initiative issue type must have been created before adding it as a level above the Epic level.

Hi @Susan Waldrip That's some strange behaviour you have there. Some additional questions: * Are you working in a company-managed or team-managed project? * Are you aware of the difference between screens (within a screen scheme, added to an issue type screen scheme) vs. issue layout. See Customize the field layout of your…

One Cab's Family is my all-time favorite cartoon. It's a 1952 MGM cartoon directed by Tex Avery. I cannot choose my favorite Looney Tunes character: Bugs Bunny, Tasmanian Devil and Road Runner are in my top 3.

When I was a kid and my parents went out for lunch, dinner or a family gathering, I had to remain seated in my chair at the table. I wasn't allowed to leave the table to go out and play with my cousins and make a lot of noise in the restaurant. That was really frustrating, so my Walkman became my best friend soon. On other…

Only for stories or for other issue types within that project as well? Do you have any third party apps installed that may change the configuration of field for certain issue types?
-
Hi @SUVARNA Dixit Fields are set required/optional via a Field Configuration Scheme. If you want a specific project to have the 'Sprint' field set as optional instead of required, then you'll need to create a specific field configuration scheme. For more info, please read: Configure a field configuration scheme

HI @shivani shirguppi * Yes, can you set the 'Reporter' as 'Assignee' of an issue when permissions are configured correctly. * Yes, You can set a status work property to restrict comments of issues in a specific status and/or specific groups of people. * Yes, you can create SLAs with specific goals that only 'run' during…
-
Hi @SUVARNA Dixit * Do you experience this issue whenever creating a story? * Do you have the same issue with other issue types? * Have you always had this issue or has something recently changed? Your project(s) may be linked to a field configuration scheme that have the field 'Category' set as required. Can an admin…

Great news @Meg Christolini and congrats on your first post!

Hi @Sylvia Royall the width cannot be increased. Why use such lengthy components? Can you use more abbreviations or shorten the length? After all, it's just a way to structure issues. How many components do you have in this project?

Sure, there's even a KB article for it: Clear the resolution field when an issue is reopened in Jira The article is for Cloud but can be applied to Server as well.
-
Hi @Karri Adkins What do you wish to achieve with the app? What added value has it? Or what are your requirements?
-
Hi @Nick Uren Welcome to the Atlassian Community! What version of Jira Server are you using? Because it looks like you're still using 'Legacy Automation' instead of 'Automation for Jira' for your automation rules. For me the easiest way is just to clear the resolution with a post function in the workflow (instead of an…
