Hi @Johanna Ott welcome to the Atlassian Community! Why would customers want to be able to do this? Do they have so many (open) requests created that they need to organize them into categories within the portal? How does this "category" differ from the request types name you have created?

Hi @Martin Vali By default, dependencies in your plan treat all issue links as though they have the Blocks issue link type. In order to use custom issue links, they must be created and defined by an administrator. This is a two step process, you need to be a Jira administrator. 1. Configure your issue link * Navigate…

Hi @Gillian Zabel welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you followed the steps in the following documentation article? Change your email address Is either your old or your new email address a "managed account"?

Hi @Sussi Åström welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Hi @Kelly Shotwell Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You could create multiple sites (site URLs) within a single organization, but please bear in mind that those sites are "islands", they do not interact with each other and you'll also have not centralized management. Is it because you would like to keep it free for…

Hi @virginia.fishburn welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you already tried building a custom report? You need to be a project administrator to create or edit custom reports. To create a new custom report: * From your service project’s sidebar on the left, select Reports.> New report. * Enter a name for your report. *…

Hi @David Kernaghan The URL update only refers to the site name, this is not related to the domain change for a user account. Example: * Organization: ACME * User accounts (email domain): firstname.lastname@acme.com * Old Atlassian site: acme.atlassian.net * New Atlassian site: acyou.atlassian.net This does not change the…

I don't understand the need for Live Doc as a separate content type. Why not just have it as a toggle on a page option? Whiteboards, Databases and even Blog posts have a different function, but a Live Doc is a Page, just with a Live Edit.

Thanks for your answer @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ !

Thanks for sharing your approach @David Friedrich , appreciated.

Hii @Adam Bang Does your board filter contain issues from multiple projects? If yes, are those projects team-managed projects? Please note that this is a side effect of the use of team-managed projects when creating a multi-project board.

Great to hear your issue got resolved @Mofei Deng . If my answer helped you in any way, thanks to click the green "Accept answer" button. Have a nice day!
-
Hi @Mofei Deng welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you checked that you are actually logged in to Confluence? You say that you are the "owner" and that you cannot see the Edit button but the owner can? Also, can you define "owner"? Are you the space administrator of that particular space? Does that specific page have…

Hi @Jason Krewson Have you already tried implementing an issue security level in combination with a user picker custom value?
-
I suggest you read the following documentation article: Configure a company-managed board To configure the board and any of its settings, you must be either: * a project administrator for the location of the board * a board administrator for the board itself
-
Hi @Sam Bryant welcome to the Atlassian Community! resolutionDate >= -3d will only include issues that were resolved 3 days ago or less.

Thanks for sharing @Cindy Weydt !

Hi @Sarah Brethuaer welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you recreated the filters in the Quick Filters of your board configuration? Are you working in a company-managed or team-managed project? Are you working in a software or business project?

Hi @Tasneem Abdelhameed Out of the box, you cannot display the SLA on the Customer Portal. There's a pending suggestion for this request: JSDCLOUD-325 The same goes for the Due date field: JSDCLOUD-4328 Please note that there are third-party Marketplace apps available that do meet these requirements.
-
I agree with Sarah Wright, decision log is a very useful template.
-
Hi @April Chi I noticed a separate panel called Agents within a Team (under the Members panel) We have a created a Team where some of the members have a JSM license and are part of the Service Desk Team role in a service project. However, none of them are listed under 'Agents', all of them are listed under 'Members'. What…

This is the house I grew up in, a bungalow built in 1971. Now, it will be for sale as my mother passed away on February 12. 😪

Hi @Vignesh Jayagopal Thanks for the clarification. So Administer Projects gives you Manage Issue Layouts and Edit Workflows automatically (as before), right?
-
Hi @MEA welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you created a company-managed or a team-managed service project?
-
Hi @Johan Theunissen Usually, I don't start by recommending a third-party Marketplace app right away, but your specific question reminds me of this one: Guided Pathways (Decision Trees, Page Navigation & Journeys) I hope it can be of use or give you some inspiration.
-
Hi @Mary Hughes welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please try clearing your browser's cache, try another browser or try private/incognito mode first.
-
Hi @TechSangam welcome to the Atlassian Community! No, you'll need this explicit "Manage Issue Layouts" permission if you're not a Jira product admin. The "Administer Projects" permission isn't sufficient.
-
Hi @Teja You could use the Atlassian Teams and its field to transfer tickets from one department to another. With Managed Teams you can even use your IdP's groups structure to create and manage teams. If the work for one Assignee is finished, the ticket is routed to another Department/Team where another Assignee picks up…
-
Hi @Nikki Hylton There is no right or wrong answer in my opinion. More important is that you agree on a policy within your organization for the definition of a project. A project does not necessarily equal a software/business project in Jira. Some teams have a Jira software/business project and define their projects as…

What role do you have in Trello? Are you are Board Admin, a Workspace Member, a Board Member? Any other users that are experiencing the same issue?
