Hi Damla, As far as I know Jira doesn't have features for cost management. You may want to use a plugin. I recommend to try TeamBoard TimePlanner, it provides a full features Jira lacks for cost management, resource management, time tracking, timesheets etc…

If you are using Confluence or Jira you don't need any external tool like Mural or Miro, Leanboard for Confluence or Leanboard for Jira should be enough
