IMHO I think neither are actually required, when the manager(s) and employee embrace a more Radical Candor approach to their relationships. In my most recent departure I just had simple social 1on1 chats with my boss after my resignation was handed in. We both knew why I was leaving, all the various reasons, so there was…

A long, long time ago, I can still remember... I had a project to make a customized approval workflow for SharePoint. It was (all ego aside) a roaring success and solved many many problems and countless work hours for senior mgmt; BUT... It took months and to be honest was never "flawless". That was 10years ago and the…

...and most of those raised by your good self #YEET 😅

Agreed!!! 🍦

@LarryBrock - you are amazaballz. A living legend. The kind of person I wish was my father... #ParentalIssues If we could go back in time, would you adopt me??? 🙏

You da man.. word! OMGosh... 😱 that story is as much legendary as it his heartbreaking! That incident is actually worse than them running off and nicking it! 😳 Must have been fate though. The world is now much better off thanks to it! #SelfieMaster ❤️

@Friendly Giant : I am here and been enjoying the calendar's festive wholesomeness since Day Zero... (I had a special preview into what was going on... #TrellNerd) The best way to follow the calendar is to follow Brittany on LinkedIn! And DO check out her videos... OMGosh. #PHilarious Overall it's one of the best advent…

I cannot believe no one has asked for this one yet.... A magic MIGRATION BUTTON. One enters the SEN License admin overview and there's a button that says "Jump to Cloud NOW" and then... ^BOOM^ 💥 Server is migrated to Cloud effortlessly and seamlessly.

Once upon a time, there was a very kind and helpful Jira Administrator... and they had the most flawless, well organized Jira in the world and their name was...

Hello my name is Fun Man Andy and alongside supporting my good buddy Jimmy during Extra Life with my chat ramblings this weekend, tomorrow I will join a 3 day monster Virtual International Conference for ADHD - a subject that hits VERY close to home. EXCITING! ps: "White Flakes" in some parts of the world is slang for…

@Dave LIAO : took me a long time to come up with a question that would be neither needed vito'd by yourself or a full on "FMAudit" by Atlassian Community management... but it's a GOOD one: For me your selfies are legendary! From poses with old fashioned tech (yes, all Blackberry devices are old, YEET!) to epic coffee…

@Maggie Norby Adams : I think we have everything we could possibly need. @Bridget Sauer hook us up with all the resources we need for an Appy Hour ! 🍻🍂🎃📲

That was so much fun to make...! I had a great time. End result was so good as well! Nicely informational 😀

Hah! No.. you wouldn't! 😉

Is it true that by Canadian law, all Canadians must keep a dooms-day-prepper-cellar full of Maple Syrup, Poutine and a VHS copy of all the Winter Olympic Gold wins?

Extremely honest, and potentially unwanted opinion, but without taking the survey, my #1 feedback is already: Change the name of the event! "Team" is so generic, and while I do understand that Atlassian is all about teams, there is nothing unique about that term. I know "Summit" is always such a widely used term... but…

Hahaha! Perfect! 💖

Great article @Ashley Faus 📄 👏 I loved going to the office during lock-down... it's a small one, but it was peaceful and quiet with the occasional colleague coming in and then could have some chats Fridays we made more of an effort to get together for socials (rules & regulations permitting) and that was fun! Home…

Doesn't matter how much you watched, as long as you enjoyed it, which you did. YEY! And there was no curling... it's understandable you didn't watch much this Summer Jimmy 😜 Crazy to think though that we are now only a few months away from the Winter Olympics. EEK!!!

Well... all the best memes are posted 😠 so, that only leaves me with one option:

Ha ha ha ha ! ! ! On point @Jimmy Seddon 👏 @Community Manager- that is just BRILLIANT!!!! 😁🤩

THIS...!!! This one is the BEST of all time.... what a great Zoom call. The whole thing from start to finish is just legendary. Should've won an Oscar!

HAH HAH HAH HAH ! ! ! 😅👏 Now wondering how many Atlassian Global Community Team calls have ended like now 😉

@ben amos - did not have the same problem... but obviously it was some years ago. Did you ever get unstuck!? Do hope so!!!

What an awesome moment ! ! Sounds like you yourself are into climbing Svenja?? 😀 Let's hope it continues as a sport to upcoming Olympics Loads of sports are trying to get onto the biggest sports stage of the world... with cricket and netball being so huge in Australia, both sports are hoping to finally make an appearance…

What a fabulous list Hana! I was watching the triple jump as it happened... it was INCREDIBLE! Took the breath away. What an amazing athlete!! That is so cool that you and Krpálek are from the same city 😀👍
