  • Hi @Yatish Madhav , The Salesforce integration won't work with sandbox environments, but I believe you can take out a Developer Edition which is free - and that should work as expected. Hope that helps! As for demos / live calls, we do not provide that via Community. Let us know if you run into any other questions, issues,…
  • Hi @Neil Benton , I see your response on this similar post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Opsgenie-questions/Alert-deduplication-and-alert-status-updates/qaq-p/1650126?utm_source=atlcomm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=mentions_reply&utm_content=topic I've added your request to it as well. At this time, the best method…
  • Hi @Alessandro Pistola , We actually increased the total number of incident rules per team from 100 >> 200. So we need to update out documentation... 200 is the total amount of incident rules each team can own regardless of the number of services the rules are configured under. I was able to confirm this with our Incident…
  • Hi @Zaid Darras , Opsgenie plans cannot be split - so you cannot have some users on the Essentials plan, and others on the Enterprise plan. The plan will apply to all users in your account / subscription. Incident rule features are only available on Enterprise plan as well. So you'd want to subscribe to this plan if…
  • Hi @Zaid Darras , "Incidents are special types of Opsgenie Alerts indicative of a high-priority service interruption. Incidents notify the people who need to know what is happening; they also help organizations automate, manage, and track information and communications related to outages and similar problems that can…
  • Hi @Alessandro Pistola , At this time, Opsgenie does not have an Associate Alert API. We do have an open feature request for this that I've added you to. That ticket for reference is AG-886; Add ability to associate an alert to an incident in the API Since our tickets are not public, we'll reach out directly if/when there…
  • Yes, that could work as well using our Alert API: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/alert-api But again, unfortunately we do not have a script or anything custom to share for this use-case. If you do build this out @jahrenkiel feel free to share what approach you take / script. I'm sure other customers might find it useful.
  • Hi @rockandsalt , The Routing Rule wouldn't have any affect on the JSM issues creating Opsgenie alerts. But I also see you have an Automation Rule configured. Instead - you will want to configure a webhook under the Webhooks tab. Automation Rules are not supported at this time. This will help configuring a…
  • Hi @jahrenkiel , I don't think we've come across something like this in the past, but that's not to say it couldn't be done! We just don't have any examples to share. Alternatively, you could use something like an Email Integration. When the address of the integration receives an email, an alert would be created / could be…
  • Hi @Becky Weeks , It would depends on the user's Account role, and not the user's Team role. Being a team admin only gives a user admin privileges of that team, and not of other Opsgenie users. Account Admins and Owners can edit / configure anyone's notification preferences.…
  • The Logs tab can be found under Settings >> Debug section: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/search-logs/
  • Hi @serge calderara , Neither of those are possible at this time. There isn't a way to delay incident creation after X-deduplication count. And there isn't a way to delay outbound actions like create an issue in JSM after X-deduplication count. We do have some feature requests though that I've added you to. For reference:…
  • Hi @Joseph Stafford , That's not currently possible. We don't have custom priority levels at this time. We have an open feature request for this that I've added you to. That ticket for reference is MORPHEUS-1540. Since Opsgenie tickets are not public, we'll reach out directly if/when there are any developments. -Nick
  • Hi @Fredrik Lysén , Is this related to Opsgenie at all? Or just BitBucket? You've opened a Questions with the Opsgenie community. -Nick
  • Hi @Aishwaraj Singh , There is not a way to identify / audit deleted alerts, nor do we have a report that can be run. Opsgenie only retains logs for 13 days in an account, so you'd only be able to search for deleted alerts over that period of time.
  • Hi @Kumar Elumalai , Is this related to Opsgenie? If so - what exactly is the workflow? Is SolarWinds creating an Opsgenie alert, and the alert is creating an issue is JSM? More clarification would help us understand the issue so hopefully we can provide some suggestions!
  • Hi @Eric Sletten , You should be able to use a dynamic field to extract that. I believe what you need is: {{_headers.IMPORTANCE}} I'd also assume that might be parsed somewhere in the email - so you could consider using string processing or regex to extract this / other pieces of data:…
  • Hi @serge calderara , You can check whether or not this data is being parsed in the payload of the alert under the Settings tab >> Logs tab. You'll want to check for 2 logs specifically; The Received integration request logs which shows what data is sent in the payload: And the Processed incomingData log which shows the…
  • Hi @Matt Browne , Yes this should be possible, but you probably want to use the API key on an API integration assigned to this same team. Try this, and let us know whether or not that works!
  • Hi @Pat Ryan , The Weekly Summary reports can only be sent to the User that subscribes to them under their Notifications tab. But - you can created scheduled reports under the Analytics tab, and send these to outside users: Hope this helps with what you need! Let us know if you have any additional questions.
  • I'm not really following with "Every week the user in the shift A will be in the Shift B instead of the user in the shift B, and the user in the Shift B will be in the Shift A instead of the user in the shift A." Seems like for week 1 - User 1 is on-call for Shift A / User 2 is on-call for Shift B, then week 2 User 1 is…
  • Yes. Were you looking for something else? If you can better describe your use-case - or what you are trying to automate - we might be able to provide some suggestions.
  • Hi @Joshua Lowe , It's currently not possible at this time. Engineering is aware that when SSO is enabled in FS, the outgoing flow is restricted. We do have an open feature request for this that I've added you to in the meantime. That ticket for reference is HEIMDALL-3856. Since our tickets are not public, we'll reach out…
  • Hi @advertima-op , Unfortunately our GitLab integration does not have any action mapping from Opsgenie >> GitLab (like some of our other integrations). So it's currently not possible to have Opsgenie alerts create alerts in GitLab. Outgoing integrations and Bi-Direction integrations are also not included on the Essentials…
  • Hi @Zaid Darras , Opsgenie does manage automatically adding users into the following week's shift / rotation - as long as it's configured with something like this: ^ The rotation is configure to rotate weekly. Currently User 4 is on-call. User 1 would take over on-call at the start of next week - as the participant list…
  • Hi @Sumana P Bhat , If you do not want ServiceNow incidents creating Opsgenie alerts, you'd want to remove any Create Alert actions configured under the Advanced tab of the integration: Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any additional questions, issues, etc.
  • Hi @Jonathan Tan , The advanced tab would be related to these sections of the pricing page: The advanced tab allows you to customize which requests create alerts, while also the flexibility to customize how the alerts are formatted / sent to your users.
  • Hi @Lukasz Kaminski , The only way to accomplish this (and it might not necessarily meet your use-case) would be through a notification policy. These can be configured to delay notifications until an alert threshold / deduplication count reaches a certain value.…
  • Hi @Ken Young , You can certainly move issues from one project (Jira) to another (JSM). A few things to consider when doing this; 1 - When moving issues from one board to another, the webhook request is updated vs. created. You can also decide whether this moves the issues back into an Open state, remains…
  • Hi @Ersin Eromay , It would be possible to use the same API key for a Prometheus / Alert Manager setup, but realistically it might make sense to use a separate integration / API key for both. Going this route would help more with troubleshooting purposes. You'd have a better idea which Alert Manager setup is triggering…
