Hi @christoph.wieser , It's not currently possible to filter on the "Custom Value to Opsgenie Priority" option with API-based integrations. We have a feature request you can watch, follow and vote for here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-335 This Community Article might help on how to filter and map certain…

Thanks for confirming. I've moved this into the JSM (JSD) queue.
-
Hi @Issy Pearson , Maybe try filtering with regex using one of these values: .*(This is a test).* (?i).*(This is a test).* The second would be case insensitive. I typically use regex101 to validate if an expression will work.
-
Hi @Neil Benton , A notification policy might be a better solution for your use case. These can delay / suppress notifications unless a certain deduplication count is reached: We have a feature request for something similar - to modify the alert after a certain deduplication count is…
-
Hi @Jean-Eric Paulin , A 404 typically means, "Resource or handler not found" - which realistically means the URL cannot be found or is incorrect. You need to be using: https://api.opsgenie.com/v2/alerts The URL is case sensitive, and the one you shared above has a capital "V."
-
Hi @CL , I went ahead and removed your Opsgenie account URL from your previous response for security reasons. But I see your Opsgenie is now active again, so this should be resolved.
-
Hi @Dan James , There's not currently a "See all teams" option within a custom role so this is not really* possible. I went ahead and created a feature request you can follow, watch and vote for here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-1130 * I provided a "workaround" as well, but it might not be ideal since it…
-
Hi @mahya golbaz , Is this related to Opsgenie, or another Atlassian product? You've opened a Question for Opsgenie.
-
Hi @Emil Varona , I believe the Logs API can export logs throughout the lifetime of the Opsgenie, but note - this feature Is only included with Enterprise plans. Otherwise, there would be no workaround. You'd probably want to trigger some new alerts, and review the payload of those - or review the payload of any alerts…
-
Hi @Jake Daniel , That functionality is not possible at this time, but we have a feature request you can watch, follow and vote for here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-737 The workaround would be to trigger the JSM issue / incident when the same condition(s) of the Opsgenie alert match on what you are…

Hi @Ashok Simma , Not a Python expert myself, but this is possible via the alert API using something like Postman - so I have to assume it should be possible with Python as well. You can query between date ranges. For example if you wanted to pull alerts created in the month of November, you might use something like this:…
-
Hi @Blake_Wright , It's not possible to notify a specific rotation of a schedule - FYI @Andrew Laden When an escalation rule is set to notify the on-call user(s) in a schedule, it will notify whoever is on-call determined by the red vertical line - regardless of the rotation(s). So for this use case, you may want to break…
-
Hi @Jugal_Shroff , If the integration was updated or deleted within the last 13 days, you can review the Logs tab. Only certain roles such as account Admins and Owners have permission to this tab, so if you do not see then your role is restricted. You could use a query such as these below which search for the integration…

Hi @Zori Sargsyan , Voice notification are not included with the Free plan. They are only included with paid subscriptions, and you can view pricing on each here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/opsgenie/pricing

For visibility to Community, we were able to get the priority parsing as expected by using this custom field @Dmitry Petriev already was extracting, but replaced it into the Custom Value to Opsgenie Priority: For more on extracting custom fields as well, this Community Article might be helpful for others! How to Extract…
-
Hi @Julian determeyer , I've removed your email from the last response for visibility reasons. But I could not find it tied to any Opsgenie. Please open a support ticket with Opsgenie support, and we'll be able to assist: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/

Hi @Julian determeyer , I removed your email from your previous response for visibility reasons. I did not find it tied to any Opsgenie accounts though. Please open a support ticket with Opsgenie support here: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/ and we'll be able to assist.
-
We'd have to review the entire payload / Logs to provide a reason why this might not be parsing as expected. Please open a ticket with Opsgenie support so we can review your account: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/

Hi @Dmitry Petriev , This article might help on how to extract "P2" into the alert: How to Extract Custom Fields and Data into an Alert It'd realistically depend on how this field / value is being parsed in the alert's payload. I believe you're sharing what is sending from Alertmanager or AWS, so you'd want to review the…
-
Hi @Yinshuo , That should be possible. If I'm understanding the workflow; Opsgenie alert creates JSM issue >> JSM issue's status is transitioned to "In Progress" - and this should move the Opsgenie alert into an ack'd state. If you are using the JSM cloud integration, you'd either want to add or edit an Acknowledge Alert…
-
Hi @Administrator , I think the closest thing Opsgenie has to that use case is heartbeats. Heartbeats can be used to monitor that your periodic tasks are running as expected, and if a "ping" is not received from your external system over the course of the heartbeat's configured time, Opsgenie will create an alert to notify…
-
Hi @Joseph Matan , That should be possible. There's a few things you'd need to configure within the heartbeat, as well with the Statuspage integration. The heartbeat would need to add the affected component tag when the heartbeat-alert is created: And the Statuspage integration would need to create an incident AND update…
-
Hi @Thiyageswaran K , Are alerts not being created? If yes - try reviewing this Community Article on how to troubleshoot. If alerts are being created, but no alerts are sending notifications to your users, review the alert's activity logs to see what might be causing the issue. If neither of those are of any help, feel…
-
Hi @ovis , If you are completing this from your Atlassian site/adding users to a group that has Opsgenie product access, and have an Opsgenie subscription (vs. a JSM/O subscription), you may not have any available licenses. No warning appears on the site side when this is the issue. Sometimes the Opsgenie Owner(s) will…
-
Hi @Kyle Mangini , That is possible with notification policies, but these are only included on the Standard and Enterprise plans (or the JSM/O Premium and Enterprise plans). The notification policy can be restricted to days and times to delay / suppress notifications, then send notifications in the morning when a shift…
-
That's correct. The issue seems like you do not want the team's alerts sending to the global Slack integration/channel - so you need to add some sort of filter in the global Slack integration to avoid this.
-
Hi @Cat Ward , My first response should outline how you can have the team alerts only go to the team-Slack channel, and avoid them from going to the global-Slack channel.
-
Hi @Evgenii Pereverzev , 1) You should be able to add a note to the alert when it's ack'd. You'd just need to edit what parses in the Ack action's Note field: If you are trying to update the alert's Message, that's not possible through the integration. You can only do this through the web/mobile app manually, or though the…

No field is actually entered into the alias of the Email integration by default. When no field parses in the alias field, Opsgenie will use the alert's ID in the alias. So in this case, it would not be possible to group Email alerts under the Essentials plan.
-
Hi @John Dineen , Technically yes - as long as the alias of the alerts match so they deduplicate. You can edit what parses in the alias field under the Advanced tab of an integration, but this tab is only available for the Standard and Enterprise plans (or the JSM/O Premium and Enterprise plans). Without access to this…
