I'm sorry that you haven't been able to solve your use case with Deep Clone for Jira. You could also try to automate cloning using the Deep Clone Post Function in combination with Jira Automation. If you don't want to change the status in order to clone an issue, you can work with looping transitions.
-
@kriegaex Deep Clone offers advanced features that either don't exist in Jira or require complex configuration. Over the years, Jira has made some progress in this area. For instance, it's now possible to clone attachments, which was not an option for several years as far as I know. I've attached the Deep Clone config, so…

Hello @Javier Gonzalez Gonzalez, Sorry for my late reply. I've seen that you already got feedback from our support team. For everybody else who's reading along: When cloning with the Deep Clone REST API, it is not possible to clone an issue with all its subtasks with a single request. You need to do one request per issue.…

@Warren Kent , yes it is possible to clear custom fields that are single/multi select list fields. Below is a screenshot of the Deep Clone Field Editor. I've tested both fields and verified that it worked flawlessly. Besides clearing you can: * Set a value * Add value to an existing value (multi select list field only) *…

Hi @Andrea Kunkel I trust that our support team was able to resolve your issue. Additionally, I'm including the solution here to benefit anyone following along. This expression should be more flexible: issue.resolutionDate != null 2? issue.closedSprints?.filter(c => c.completeDate > issue.resolutionDate && c.startDate <…

It's wonderful news, @Andrea Kunkel ! You're most welcome. To address your second question, I'll need to consult with a colleague who has more expertise with Jira expressions. Alternatively, you could directly contact our support team, as they may be able to respond to you more quickly. :)
-
@Andrea Kunkel I believe I've identified the issue. The expression I shared earlier was intended for the "resolution" field, not for the "status" field. To resolve the problem, you need to input the correct resolution name. In my previous response, I mistakenly referred to the "status" field, which was my error. I have…

Hi @Cesar Bastos, I am Marlene from codefortynine. If you're open to work with a Marketplace app, you can check out Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards. With our app you can add a controller to your Jira dashboard and filter it using a text input field. You can test this feature on our demo dashboards.

Welcome to the community, @Michał Gonta. Is it possible that this filter gadgets comes from a Marketplace app? The standard Jira Dashboard doesn't provide a controller gadget. If yes, my recommendation would be to reach out to the vendor of the app.
