Awe, thanks @Gabby Williams This is just what it's like when you work with like the Avengers/Justice League of Confluence users/app developers. Even an Aquaman like me can succeed. 😉

The power of just a little bit of UI text! Well done @Sekajipo Taplah and team!
-
Make labels easier to find and use?! Yes please! I feel like the team is doing a great job of taking features that have existed for a long time and getting them in front of people. Finally!
-
This is a great, simple improvement. Thanks @Sekajipo Taplah and team!
-
The team has put together some great videos here @Jessie Wang_ScriptRunner_The Adaptavist Group well done!
-
Thanks @Andy Gladstone we really love to contribute like this. And of course, special shoutouts to all the amazing people at K15t who's wisdom is included: There's Opa @Nils Bier _K15t_, the godfather of our PM processes. There's @Michaela Mayer _K15t_, who somehow runs more projects than you even knew were going on…

Megan's Day in the Life video is so great! Can wait to see some from other folks.
-
That's exciting @Nidhi Raj I noticed that your link here is broken. Could we get access please? 😀
-
Hey @Cann My team made and app called Orderly Databases that does just that! Here's a look at how it works. We also have a Slack workspace where you can directly chat with the team building the app.

You would have to enter the text twice in this case, which I know isn’t always ideal. If you’re writing a lot of text that’s exactly the same, you could consider using this in conjunction with the page include or excerpt include macros. This way you could write the similar content in one place and then include it in both…

@Paweł Szczeciński OK, yes, this is totally possible with Scroll PDF Exporter. A button is added to the top right of every page which lets people export the entire page as a pdf or the page and it’s child pages.
-
Hey @Paweł Szczeciński I think our Scroll apps from K15t will help you do just what you need. * With Scroll Versions, you can define space-wide versions where you can add, remove, and modify any page in the space and then release the changes when you’re ready. * With Scroll Viewport, you can turn one or more spaces into a…

This is awesome, thanks for sharing everyone!

Hey @Ruby Cheng There isn’t a great way to handle this in Confluence out of the box, but my team makes two apps, Scroll Documents and Variants for Scroll Documents that can help you do just what you’re looking for. You’ll be able to create variants of your content that readers can pick from, so people can pick Product A…

A really simple way to tell if you're on Cloud is to look at the menu bar across the top. If you see an "Apps" menu, you're in Cloud.

Pro tip: Use the Confluence Mobile app for really great notification management. I know there's a new Confluence daily email digest, but I'm not in love with my inbox. Instead, I like using the Confluence mobile app to get select notifications immediately, in the notifications area on my mobile device. There are really…

The implementation is quite different from search on Server. Here’s the engineering article.

Hey @Nick Humphries Would you mind linking to the other community thread here, I can’t seem to find it.

You might also be running into this bug that a few of us are seeing right now: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Why-are-the-commands-in-random-languages-My-default-is-english/qaq-p/2091579
-
This seems like a bug. My team is seeing this as well.
-
This is an awesome collection of videos @Jess Huck I can’t wait to see what new videos you come up with next!
-
Hi @[deleted] Yes this is still true now, but I’d love to better understand what you’d like to do. You mentioned putting text next to an image, would you elaborate on what you’d like to do that versus putting it above or below the image? Also, that blog issue looks serious. I’d bet it happens as per of a limited case, so…

What about a page that’s already been published that has unpublished changes? Will it show up as a “Draft” or “Unpublished Changes” as well? This would be wonderful!
-
We’re saved! This will help the “chronic publishers” like myself be able to just focus on our draft pages without publishing 100 times. 🙏
-
Abandoned drafts? I’ve never left a page behind! 😏 This is a great improvement that will really help a lot of us understand the lifecycle of a page and what happens to unpublished pages. I wish I would have had this when we made our video about publishing a page in Confluence! We made a joke about lost drafts and…

Hey @Ravi K Dwivedi You could also check out this Confluence editor tutorial series from my team: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVvtVyEIKNWh0VpvUfSsyO0e2kouNeC43 And also, learn about all sorts of Confluence best practices here: https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs

I love being able to get native notifications on my phone. It’s so nice to have them live with all my other app notifications. Also, the editor has gotten so good! At this point, you can do almost everything you can in the web editor. I love this, because sometimes you just need to collaborate from… anywhere other than…
-
Sure thing! And yes, we certainly like to build apps to fill gaps in Confluence but it's not fun if you expect those gaps should already be covered without the need for an app. The good news is that you at least wouldn't have to buy licenses for everyone in your company for them to be able to read things. The bad news, 💰.…

Hey @Carlos Giovanny Quintana Corredor Another option might be to use my team's app Scroll Viewport. With it, you can publish a site with the content of one or more of your spaces and then set up authentication so only people from your company can access it.
