@Avinoam , love this! Honestly, the ability to open a dialogue to take in user input as smart values would be a really useful action component in the rule builder. You could create some really powerful processes.

Hey @ppiskorek, I don't think that you can, which is a bummer. I was curious, what would you use this for?

It's here, it's here, it's finally here! Thanks team! Feel free to share the good news with your team: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/4hEi26qohck

We're pretty big on short term/long term documentation, and making sure the right stuff is in Jira and Confluence. This is a fantastic improvement for helping teams create that long term source of truth all within Jira. Sharable video plase! https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ZEDbMjgdFdU

Yeah, "spaces larger than ~50,000 pages" is blowing my mind right now. Honestly, I'm surprised that the team feels confident the Confluence UI will work well with that many pages.

Happy to do it @Andy Gladstone, I really like the Google Meet web app a lot. I also really like the work Google has done to make video calls stable. In my experience, it's the best video call platform for teammates with slow internet connections.

For a team moving to Google Meet this month, this slaps! Had to make a shareable video to celebrate: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/kctb7ZGUcBI

Hey @Craig_Harley, This is actually part of Databases for Confluence, which are in beta now. Databases improve on page properties in just about every way. I'd recommend checking them out.

@Ralf Baumgart, we also made a tutorial series that might help you get going: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVvtVyEIKNWh0VpvUfSsyO0e2kouNeC43&si=ExcFT_8cSZS5PrkZ

The Daily Digest has really gotten so good, so this is great news @Nancy Shao! We had to make a little video teams can use to share the news! https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Aq1MO5njuos

These are such valuable improvement @David Akinyemi! Consistent and well structured pages are so important for scaling Confluence, and putting templates front and center in the page creation process is such a great improvement. And, of course, that template gallery now! (an edit button right there?! 🥲) We just had to make…

Ahhhh, Google Docs has added the chips to the Confluence content dip! Great work team, this is a fantastic addition! Of course, we had to make a short video to celebrate and share with excited teammates: https://youtube.com/shorts/tNj_RQ0guTM?si=eWUDk0X0NfqUe5Od

Looking great @Swarna Mehta! We're pretty excited about this one, especially since a lot of people used this functionality on Server/DC as a workaround for creating custom space templates. However your team uses it, we had to make a video to help folks jump on the hype train: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/q0-mLmB0WhY

Confluence guests are so useful! We just had to sing about it in our latest video: https://youtu.be/cONDy0jQLrU

Late to the party, but we love guests in Confluence guests so much, we just had to sing about it in our latest video: https://youtu.be/cONDy0jQLrU

This is pretty awesome @Julia Daehne, thanks for sharing! As third party developers, we've certainly run into a few situations in the past where some users in an organization really wanted to use our apps, but because admins were worried about security of content in other spaces, they ended up having to go with another…

Of course, good luck!

Hi @James Crossman, I’m not familiar with a way to do this with the built in PDF exporter. My team actually makes an app called Scroll PDF exporter which lets you do all sorts of customization and design work on your PDFs. It includes a macro you can use to designate the orientation of certain content, so when it exports,…

Thanks @Nidhi Raj, I think there will be a lot more happy admins out there and informed users! :) We made a short video about this if anyone wants to share with a teammate: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Ms3PU5HGyDs

Just gave this one a little 1-minute video, in case you want to share how to reuse content with a teammate: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/bhFefZu2zg0

I'm so excited to get access to this feature, thanks @Divya Sriram! We made a little video about it, in case anyone wants to share in the excitement. https://youtube.com/shorts/KfzQe6wOxFM?feature=share

Love this @Steven Bao! Looks like everyone gets more beautiful pages in Confluence! 🎥 https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Xq2OxdwHcYI
-
Sure, of course!
-
@Jimmy Trivedi, my team also makes an app called Scroll Viewport that may or may not be a good fit for your use case. With it, even on the free Confluence plan, you can publish one our more spaces to a fully customizable help center site, with a custom URL and everything. I figured I’d throw it out there in case that’s…

Love the small changes here @DA, I feel like this really refines the nav without making me rage about having to learn something new. 😇 Had to give it the short and sharable video treatment: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Us2MdLicrHw

OK, had to give this one the "shareable, one-minute video" treatment: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/MTVSOAlVyXc Your details made it in @Andre Mauritz, thanks!

Just made a little video summing this all up: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/uD92eRIjcp4 Of course, we had to add a few best practices in there. Can't help ourselves.
