Hello @Sharon Weaver - Welcome to the Community. Doesn't seem to be a global issue as I just tried doing the same. Are you using Cloud or On prem ? If it is on-prem, it might be due to some changes your admin team is doing on back end on that instance.

Hello @Harry Bob Ideally, there are 3 views - Create, edit and view.. But I don't think you can show/hide a view based on a logged in user, until you write in a custom script for the same. I would suggest to guide and coach your agents and inform them to not populate the same.

Hello @Harry Bob , I dont think you can delete default access groups. Logically thinking, there has to be a group which has to be 'default'. right ? Is there a specific use case for which you are trying to get it deleted ? You can always tweak your permissions to make this work for you. :)

Could this be a browser cache issue ? Or maybe the user changed in the the AD? Like maybe a reindexing issue ? Maybe some screengrabs would help the community and highlight the issue.

Is the query not returning search results now? or is it just the saved filter? Maybe, Try setting up the filter again or using a different way of writing the query ?

hey @y.perfilov you can use gadgets in dashboards in JIRA to create reports based on custom fields. check this link for how to configure dashboards. eg) try using a pie chart gadget to filter data from a saved filter/project details using your custom field.

I haven't used it myself, but have heard good things about the same from people who used it for wireframes.. Also, I believe Balsamiq being a top vendor, they should be able to help you regarding any custom query as well, I'd suggest download a trial version and fire away.
