At one point in time, only one person can be the assignee.. to reiterate, keep the main task assigned to leader (they will see it in their list) and assign the sub-task to person who is supposed to do the work.

Hi @Arunkumar Chandran , Go to board settings and set the estimation statistics as Story point under the estimation tab. This should help you.

This might have happened because those boards were created by people who no longer have access to Jira. I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian support..

Hi @Anthony Wilson , welcome to the community. In JSM, you would not have the option to create boards. Scrum and Kanban boards can only be created in Jira Software.. and regular boards can be created in Jira work management.
