@Ac_Cabalquinto Happens with me all the time.. I try to not use multiple ids in one browser but it happens.. When it does, I try to go to passwords section in Chrome browser and delete the saved password for id.atlassian.com and then log in again using desired userid/password Try it out.

did you try to post any URLs in comments section ? Happens with me sometimes.. but clearing browser cache does the job for me.

Hi @Jan_Treger , What do you mean by "send" last comment ? Do you mean in an email ? and how are you defining that it is last comment.. should it stop working post the ticket is marked done ? meaning no more comments will be counted ?

1) I don't think you can not move from backlog.. it will have to be from issue navigator. 2) use a search key like - project = XYZ and sprint not in openSprints()

Hi @billal.hararah , Issue navigator will not have the option to filter using based on backlog, however, you can try with using "Sprint" identified as anything except current ones value. This should give you the list which you can bulk move to another project. Please test and verify first and let us know if it works.…

hi @Aiden_Broad - Tools generally don't help become anything. If you want to build yourself a path to PO, I would encourage you to study the parameters for the same and use JIRA as an assistant to plan and track your activities.
