Create Linked Issue is now available in the new issue view of Jira Service Desk. It can be accessed as a link via the "Link issue" button:
-
Hi @[deleted] - you're correct that 'create linked issue' isn't yet supported in the new issue view. And @Cody Stevens is right that the issue view isn't yet complete - we're still in the process of adding missing features. Here's the feature request in our public-facing backlog, which you can watch for updates:…
-
Hi @Martyn Henderson - another possibility here is that you're seeing the new issue view in JSD, which looks like this: This is the old issue view: The feature to 'created linked issue' isn't yet supported in the new issue view - only in the old. You can access the old issue view either by clicking the 'see the old view'…

Hi @Help Desk Support - you can gain access to JSD next-gen project templates via our Early Access Program. Details of this can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/get-early-access-to-the-next-gen-jira-service-desk-experience-968672129.html

Hi Jan - that's not on the roadmap at this stage. It is, however, something that has been discussed, so it's helpful to hear that this is an integration you'd like to see developed.
-
Hi Gesa - thank you for posting your question. I'm a PM from the Atlassian team that developed and supports Confluence Cloud for Slack. Unfortunately, we don't yet support the functionality that you've outlined, but it's something that we've certainly discussed. Hence, it's great to hear about your particular use case, and…

Awesome, thank you for that @Tom Golden

Hi Wesley, I'm sorry you're encountering an issue with creating subscriptions. In order to further troubleshoot the issue, can you please raise a support ticket here?: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ Please add the following details to the ticket: * Slack workspace URL * Confluence Cloud URL

Hi there - we've just launched an official integration app for Confluence Cloud in Slack. It's Atlassian developed and supported. Details can be found here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219518/confluence-cloud-for-slack?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hi Darryl - thanks for flagging this problem. The add-on that you'll need to look for under system add-ons is "Chat notifications." It looks like we've got the name wrong in the documentation, so we'll update that quick-smart!
-
Hi Tom - I truly wish I could be writing a giant "Yes!" in response to you on this, but I'm afraid it's not supported in the app. I agree it would be a useful feature though. Can you tell me how you'd want to be notified in Slack about approaching deadlines with your Confluence tasks e.g. by DM? With what sort of…
-
Awesome, thanks for clarifying your use case Stefan. I can see how those specific triggers would be useful.
-
Awesome, glad to hear it :)
-
Hi Sam! I'm a PM with the team who develop Bitbucket Cloud for Slack. We've just put a fix in place for the issue I believe you were encountering. Are you able to tell me if you're still able to reproduce this bug?
-
Hi Stefan! Thanks for your message. I'm a PM in the team that developed Jira Cloud for Slack. Of the notification triggers that you've listed, I'm afraid the only one that the app currently supports is "comment added." That said, we're working on updates to the app at the moment, so I'm really interested to understand more…

Hi Nekoi - we've just launched a new Bitbucket Cloud app for Slack that will notify you when a PR is opened (plus a whole other range of notifications!). You can find details of the app here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/bitbucket-cloud-for-slack-945096776.html Hope this helps!

Hi @Abhay Patil - thank you for raising this, and I'm sorry for the disruption that this issue has had on you and other impacted Confluence customers. We're looking into this now, and hope to have it resolved shortly.
-
Hi @Suzanne Thompson and all others following this thread, I'm a product manager on Confluence. Firstly, thank you for your posts and your feedback. Input from our customers about the new Confluence experience is vitally important in helping us identify problems and determine where we should focus our efforts to improve…

Hi @Robert Lauriston and @Martin Sauter - the sticky toolbar is functioning on Firefox on OS X. It'll appear if you do one upward scroll on a page, and should stay there allowing you to access the page action buttons. Let me know if this isn't what you're experiencing.
-
Hi @Wolfgang Seidler - thank you for taking the time to write this very detailed, and very clear feedback. I really appreciate it. I wanted to ask you a couple of questions about the points that you raised. Firstly, you mentioned that the new location and interaction for the create and search buttons has added new clicks…
-
Hi @schurb - really happy to hear that you're liking the new UI. To your point, there are still parts of Confluence that haven't had the new UI applied yet. What I wanted to check with you was whether it's just the look and feel that you'd like to see adjusted on the Attachments page, or are there features you'd like to…
-
Hi @Robert Lauriston - user names were removed from page history a little while ago as part of the introduction of collaborative editing to Confluence Cloud. When multiple users edit a page and these changes are published as a version, all according avatars are displayed in the 'changed by' column. The removal of names was…

Thanks @Bruno Miretti for your feedback. Your point about the ability to switch spaces for anonymous users is an interesting one, so I'll take this suggestion on board. As for access to space tools for anonymous users, this hasn't actually changed from the previous Confluence experience (i.e. accessible via the sidebar).…
-
Hi there - I'm a product manager for Confluence Cloud. Thank you for your comments on this discussion thread, and for the feedback on the use cases where privately sharing with anonymous users is crucial. As per Ann's earlier comments, there is a feature suggestion open for this where you can comment and vote:…

Thank you Till for your feedback. It was not my intention to insult the community, so I apologise if that's how it came across.
-
Thank you Jason! That's easily reproducible. We'll get on to fixing that bug.
-
Yes - I can reproduce this. Thank you for flagging this Abhay - we'll look into it quick smart.
-
Hi Jason - the login prompt that your users are encountering definitely sounds like a bug, and one that we want to investigate further. I'd like to find out the details of your instance - not sure if you'd be comfortable posting your domain here? Or logging this bug as a support issue?
-
Hi Stéphane - you are quite correct! That horizontal scroll should not be there. It is in fact a bug that we're working to resolve right now. Thank you for raising this issue - a fix should be out shortly.
-
Hi@Abhay Patil - I'm a product manager with the Confluence team, and yes I've been watching this thread, along with other PMs from Confluence :) The feedback from the Community is important to us, as well as useful. We are continuing to work on the new experience and are aiming to make it truly outstanding. We do have to…
