Andres - please make the user login to JIRA at least one time .
-
You have an on-prem JIRA right ? Is it a standalone or data center ? I dont know why but I feel like it is more like performance issue taking time to load contents perhaps.
-
I mean go to project settings and add them under one of the roles - Administrators, Developers, Users or any other custom roles ( if created). Else you can add users under one of those first three roles. The screen should look something like this
-
Do they have a role ? If not - assign them a role . I am not sure about your permissions and changes made if so - try assigning them to a role inside the project and mention them.
-
The first time the user views the issue - that is when the attachment is not showing, is it the full view of the issue or just the side small view of the issue ?
-
Just check if that user is active in JIRA - or if it is member of any group AND has logged in, If not , it does not count under your license count.
-
And the users that you are trying to mention in the comment - do they have a role inside the project ? Or are they not a member of this particular project ?
-
Did you make any permission changes to this project lately ?
-
Is the user you are trying to mention - 1) an active member inside JIRA and has that user logged in before ? 2) does the user have permission to view that particular issue and browse the project that issue is in ?

If you mean you want to regenerate another round of evaluation or trial license - you will have to go to your account and regenerate it corresponding to your already running server id. This will be for another one month and not year. If you want a yearly subscription - please go to your account and buy your license for a…

Interesting question - I'd love to see someone reply this.
-
The user has never logged in - so the user id is yet to be counted as an active user under JIRA license. So no matter what Andries does - the user id will not be listed anywhere inside JIRA.
-
Post an image of your view please - I am not able to understand what you are seeing and what you are expecting to see.
-
If he hasn't logged in even once - he does not even count as an active user as of now so there is no way he would appear anywhere inside JIRA. MAKE THE USER LOGIN TO JIRA ONCE
-
Yes - just make changes in the server.xml file and reboot your environment. But make sure that nothing is running on 8080 already.
-
I hope it is not a local latency or performance issue of your JIRA environment. Is the performance of your JIRA instance fine ? When you open a board with a large number of issues - how long does it take to load and display all your issues in that particular board ?
-
You mean you are not able to mention users in your issue comment ?
-
What should be the content of the email ? Do you want to send a password reset link to the user or what is it ?
-
Project Archiving is one of the best feature so far for an Administrator.
-
Looks like I am late but how does Trello's future look like ?
-
Maybe the Roadmap section can work more like BigPicture :p - what if we also see all issues under epic ?
-
And now that you've opened pandora's box by introducing the RULE functionality - I'd love to see more rules in the list :p
-
Hello Jason, I didn't quite understand the point ; Adding in guardrails for the team with rules. Is this some kind of a new functionality or are we talking about workflows - columns - transitions ? I THINK I FOUND THE ANSWER LOL - I HAD NOT CHECKED IT OUT PROPERLY - THE NEXT GEN PROJECT - YEAH I LIKE IT.

Hello - I'm sorry I mentioned MYSQL as your url pointed to MYSQL DB . But yes , the driver issue is common among most of them , you need a jdbc driver and your error also points to the same issue. Also - here is the link to Postgres section of the documentation. It also asks you to get the respective driver file in place.…
-
Hello - as I understand , so we can create INCIDENTS alone under JIRA Ops projects right ? Or do we have the administration privilege to customize ISSUE TYPES for JIRA Ops project too ?
-
Are your mysql driver present ? If not , download and copy/paste it under /libs and restart.

@Kamil Biernat Ooops you are right there - I dont think SCRUM allows BACKLOG column on the board. The image that you've shown concerns Kanban only. In think for Scrum, you may have to make changes on your workflow to make your expected behaviour happen.
-
Having thought about it more @wajih zouaoui why don't you use a combination of both ?
-
@Kamil Biernat Yup - I do that on Kanban myself.
