Hi @Kevin Porsolt Welcome to Community! I believe your payload might be wrong, when updating a user, you shouldn't wrap the value in a list. you should do: {'customfield_10268': {'accountId': row['id']} } Let us know how it goes.

Hi @John Black Are you using a custom field for your Approval or the default Approval field? I think you should use a custom user picker field in your Approval in order to specifically target each approval with notification once such transition is encountered (as i'm assuming you used different transition layout in your…

Hi @David Frager Welcome to Community! Not all Jira Cloud API would work on a next-gen project, such as customField option, this exist on classic projects as next-gen doesn't have a way yet to modify individual fieldset except you're calling this from a connect app. then you can use the connect app API for customfield…

Hi @lisa Welcome to Community! You can do that by using the Label field by tagging each issue, then go to your view settings and add a colour per each Label. not a very intuitive way as issues might bear one or more labels, I think using per Project colour would be much better but it doesn't seem to be a feature yet.…

Hi @Marco Gall Welcome to Community! I don't think there is such a fieldset. In webhooks, an event is triggered, let's say you changed a field yourself, this should fall under issue_updated event for webhookEvent based on your webhook configuration. You can preprocess the webhook payload to determine what kind of action it…

Thanks for the welcome @Community Manager

Hey @Steven Pennington You might want to consider using this API wrapper for easy usability.

I must have misread the question as I thought to backdate a received invoice. if it's the history of invoices - that's available to the billing contact. you need to check that account or the monthly invoices sent to that account.
-
Hi @Parikshit Navgire Welcome to community! Please can you post the payload you're receiving and prior to posting, please remove any sensitive information and mask the instance url, so we can understand the situation better.
-
Hi @chantelle.grech Not possible and again why have a backdated invoice?
-
Hi @Krishna Desai Welcome to Community! Not particularly, but there are different APIs, so using a combination of those, will get you the solution you're looking for.
-
Hi @sam saas Yes I can see that behaviour as well, but the workaround, seem to be the same thing I thought. use the accountId to get the user by searching 1 by 1 or group the entire user list into a file and search all and get the info whether they are app user or atlassian user. I believe if you have Jira and Confluence…
-
Hi @sam saas Hmm that's strange. I was curious about such problem, so I created a script that can actually extract the user list. however this is just minimal, you can expand on it if you need to. You can download the script from my github here. From my test the API works fine to get real Jira users and I can distinguish…
-
Hi @Leon George on Cloud that's the only allowed port for https.
-
Since it's an internal script, probably you can reach out to the creator. I don't particularly use the atlassian-python-api that often. However if I can see the structure, I can troubleshoot why it fails. If your hunch is right probably you can try with a different issue that you know exist.
-
Hey @Cydrick Quijano Can you use a plan csv text reader like atom.io with the export and see if you can get the same result? I believe the data is being changed when viewed with your current spreadsheet editor probably due to character encoding or something else.
-
please reach out to Atlassian support to help unblock it.
-
Hi @Steven Pennington Have you tried using your email address instead of username?
-
Hi @Roja Gurram Welcome to Community! You can start first by searching or asking questions to the Administrator. that's where I would probably check first, by looking through the audit log to know when and which user initiated the removal or by asking the Administrator of the Instance.
-
Hi @Riccardo RC M Welcome to Community! It's pretty difficult to troubleshoot a code when you do not know the exact lines of codes or what exactly is called first prior to the error and if there's nothing wrong with the code it should work but apparently that's not the case here. So if i'm guessing here, I would say look…

That would be a problem then, 2FA will definitely block the authentication from working. Server Products doesn't use an API key which bypasses 2FA features. Alternatively, I believe this framework supports OAuth. Something you could configure on your Server if you possess the access.

Hi @Michał ----- I don't think Impersonation can work for Customer users for you to do such. Likewise there's no API specific to customer users. Look at it this way, your customer is someone who visits your Portal, why would you want to impersonate them to perform any task?
-
Hi @ajmod73 You should reach out to their support. I suppose they have one?
-
Hi @Syed What's your use case with hiding an Agent's name? Isn't it proper for your customers to know who they are communicating with at all times?
-
Hi @denys.samoilenko Welcome to community! Please could you illustrate this problem a little bit more? if you could share a screenshot (without revealing any sensitive data) about this issue, I believe it would be much better.
-
Hi @Cydrick Quijano Welcome to Community! 13 Dec has 0 value, could that be the missing data? it would be better if you could do a side by side comparison (Actual vs exported data) as the time period is shortly. so you can determine where the missing data is coming from? Another aspect could be that your spreadsheet…

Hi @Rajani Gutta Welcome to Community! What's your hosted platform? are you using Cloud or Self-hosted. If it's the latter you might want to specify the direct URL where your confluence is installed and stick to username and password. Otherwise if it's Cloud use https://myconfluence.atlassian.net/wiki Then generate your…

Hi @sam saas I don't think there's an API to export users but you can use a web scrapping framework such as selenium to automatically grab that information. Alternatively you can always query the search users endpoint, however that won't give you the same information as the insight does.
-
Hi @hwigyum For Cloud users, contact Atlassian Support if your email doesn't receive an invitation. Ensure you have enough license count as well.
-
Hi @Sweta Acharya It seems you do not have permission for such configuration. If you're not the Jira-Admin, you have to reach out to one to allow the group you belong to, in order to access such configurations.
