Hi @Jaideep Moorthy When performing a migration between instances using CSV, its better to import the issues first then import the attachments later on. I would suggest you use an API method to import attachments as it simplifies the process. Another thing you have to take note of, is that you need access to those…

@Robert Wen_Cprime_ Try the below code to get the field value def key = issue.key def field = issue.fields def cfINeed = "customfield_12853" // hold field value def my_value def result = get("/rest/api/2/issue/${key}") .header('Content-Type', 'application/json') .asObject(Map) if (result.status < 300) {…

I thought on cloud ScriptRunner uses Unirest library for REST API and not the Atlassian Java Library API?
-
This would be a nice feature to have. CSV should just do the most minimal migration for you. Although there are little things that won't get moved over.
-
Hi @Yatish Madhav Thanks for the screen shot, referring to this statement Note that we have not claimed the domain that were want to change the email address to as users with that email are on another Jira instance that we are planning to migrate to. I think that's the problem. If you were to request change of email while…

Did you resolve your issue?
-
I don't think such feature exist on JSM cloud. Probably if you could elaborate with an example, so we could understand the importance.
-
Hey @Yatish Madhav Sorry, I must have missed this notification. Can you show me a screenshot of both domains verified on your instance as shown in the image below. Please mask the domain name, I just want to confirm that both verified badge of domains is showing from your end under "status". There are two possible…
-
Hmm, I thought as much.
-
Your domain has to be a claimed domain before you can administer other users within your organization. If not, then disabling of 2FA is done on an individual basis from here
-
I'm not certain if this would be what you're looking for but I would try it like below issueLinkType in (blocks, "is blocked by") AND NOT (project = TML AND issueLinkType in (blocks, "is blocked by"))
-
What's the use case for doing such?
-
Use Atlassian crowd if you want to have a centralized user management. I think in terms of administration, it makes controlling user access much easier and hassle free and it integrates perfectly with Atlassian products.
-
Hey @Yatish Madhav Are both domains verified under the same organization or verified on different organization?
-
@wei Yeah, it should probably be the syntax or do they want you to feed the data from a list into the endpoint lists = [accountId1, accountId2, accountId3] for x in lists: run = /rest/api/3/user/email?accountId=x I'm not sure if this what's expected, but if a single entry works, then doing like above should.
-
Just want to ask, did you register with Atlassian to get access to this API as it is a private API after all?
-
I would suggest you seek help from an Atlassian partner to help with the migration (i.e. merging instances). It will save you time and any potential risk you may encounter.
-
Hi @wei I would like to ask, did you use an Array<string> to construct the request that you're trying to get? I would expect an array of strings to look like below. /rest/api/3/user/email/bulk?accountId=[{accountId}, {accountId}]

Hi @kirill.sukov For such dynamical forms, you should go with an add-on such as Extension for JSM.
-
Hi @Harry Krautschneider Groups are added to project roles, so are you checking the roles used by users on the project or you're keen on the roles or groups on the permission scheme? Although for any API call to Jira, it is good you limit your request to 2 concurrency per minute as you won't be able to increase it any…
-
Hi @Ella Klett Since you're doing a research, you can come up with an initial analysis on how that approach can be taken using Jira. I'm pretty sure with any AI/ML created data will work well with analysis trends on tickets but I think you will have to figure this out yourself. However Atlassian announced sometime ago…

You should perform the upgrade since it was already downgraded.
-
No such feature is not available yet.
-
Hi @DFCC team Upgrade immediately, so you can get back access to your Bitbucket standard features, you don't simply loose configurations except your account is completely closed. Reach out to Atlassian customer advocates for help.

Hi Crico@incomm.com Create a filter and subscribe to the filter to receive a search of the items you've mentioned at certain intervals.

Hi @yinon.eitan I believe the new issue view now has an "include subtasks" on the time estimate so it rolls upwards to the parent issue. Even if it's opened on the backlog view, it should render that rollup.
-
Hi @Jason Mediavilla No, if you deleted a project before it goes into the trash of your Jira instance. It gives you 60 days before it is permanently deleted. That reminder just let's you know as an admin that you have only 7 days remaining from the initial time that project was deleted.

Hi @Nirvana Admin Team In order to create an agent portal separated from JSM, you have to design the system so it uses an automated bot user as authentication to connect to Atlassian apps. Then you can design a login access system to use that single automation user by the various agent. So each agent can have an…

@Ravi Gupta I believe since you can search an issue, you can get the sprint name, sprint id and boardid from the response. Then you can use that data gotten to extract more info on which boards those issue belong to by using the get issues for board endpoint, since you can identify a board id.

Hi @Romain Viallard___ I don't think the next-gen project has an exposed API simply for this, so what you might be thinking might not even be possible to do directly. However, there's always a workaround if you can combine multiple endpoints. To list all field, I believe you can do this by using…
