Let me know the output of my previous comment. Do the below please and let me know LOGIN.api = False keys = "GTN-32231" name = "Testers" # get field issues = LOGIN.get(endpoint.issues(keys)).json() fields = LOGIN.get("{}/rest/api/2/field".format(LOGIN.base_url)).json() def rerun(): for z in list(fields): if name in…

Yes, you will need to find an app on Atlassian Marketplace

Hey @Teja Can you try this code and let me know what's the value it prints out keys = "GTN-32231" name = "Testers" # get field issues = LOGIN.get(endpoint.issues(keys)).json() fields = LOGIN.get("{}/rest/api/2/field".format(LOGIN.base_url)).json() def rerun(): for z in list(fields): if name in z["name"]: return z d =…

@Teja please mask your email address. I think the payload might be the problem. You're getting a list but the representation isn't what the issue.update is expecting. You need to get the values in a List[Dict], please can you also print() the value of fields let me see it's value? fields =…
-
Have you considered using the REST API to do it? I think it would be a good starting point in finding a solution.
-
@Teja I meant if you could do a print() of issue.fields.customfield_10600 after the append? I want to see the result of that.
-
Hi @Cecilia Tufvesson You should go with CSV importer as it's the best way to import your projects from one cloud site to another.
-
It pretty tricky to debug without knowing what payload comes through with the below fields = field.search_field(name).get("id") Also with this issue.fields.customfield_10600 what is the output you receive. Can you show a sample?
-
Hey @Teja The error is saying that the name "key" is not in the payload. Please can you change that line from fields = field.get_field(name).get("id") to fields = field.search_field(name).get("id") This methods searches for custom fields specifically and doesn't have a "key" name. I don't have a server instance to confirm…

No, I meant automation for Jira. You will need to learn about smart values.
-
Hi, You can use automation to do this on the issue. Create the rule that will do the summation of both fields. Then update the 3rd field with the result.

Hi, removing a user's site access is the same thing as removing the default application group that's providing the site access. So what you should do is to remove the group that has the application access, that will remove the site access from the user.

Hi @[deleted] The permissions on Jira are more or less absolute. So what you should check first here is the filters on the board which you're trying to manage. Does it contain multiple issues from different projects and do you have the right permissions on those other projects. That would be a starting point to figuring…

Hey @Eurora Solutions OÜ It may be an inconvenience but how many times in a year on your instance will you bulk delete users? So it's not an urgent feature that requires an urgent fix, as there are many more priority feature issues which are far greater that could be looked upon. I'm not saying it's not important but it's…

Hi @Eurora Solutions OÜ Welcome to community! Such feature is not available as native feature. You will need to use an addon from Marketplace in order to do such action. Most of the time with Atlassian suite, when you encounter a feature that's missing, the next thing to do is to look for addons from the Marketplace.

Hey @Teja I will start by get the current issue value. There's this library I wrote called jiraone you can use. Get it by using pip install jiraone. from jiraone import LOGIN, endpoint, fielduser = "username"password = "password"link = "https://yourinstance.jira.com"LOGIN(user=user, password=password, url=link)keys =…

Hey @Bryan Tackaberry Welcome to community. You can always do the attachment part later with your other idea. You can visit this post to see a similar answer on how to use API to easily achieve transfer to any instance without you downloading any of the files. See my comments on the post link above. Let us know how it goes.

So, first step is add a payment details into your account to have it processed. The contact support to change your plan to standard plan which will be billed to you.
-
Hi, upgrade to standard plan in order to have it reactivated, you can use standard plan for 1 month then after you downgrade to free.
-
For some weird reason, my kudos point is stuck at 60 and doesn't increase. I recently did a change of email account. Everything works well except the kudos part.
-
Unfortunately, you won't be able to do anything since you don't have ownership of that domain.
-
Hi @Ankur tripathi You can use the API to do it by scripting a solution.
-
You have to cycle through the results as everything is done in pagination, so you don't get a chunky data. That's what the parameters startAt is used for to cycle through each record. Also set a maxResults so you can display a certain number of results while cycling through each record.
-
Hi @Maria Kowalsa What field type are you trying to update? You mentioned list type but can you give the field type name as its shown from your custom field configuration from Setting > Issues > custom field? That will enable us to know what is the expected data type you're to post.
-
Hi @Jake Budin As an administrator, you can change the email address from your Org admin hub. Just ensure that the domain is claimed in the Org where you want to implement the change of email. What you cannot do is change the email address of a user who's domain you've not claimed. So the first step here is ensure that the…

Hi @Shaun McGuire To simply put it "Yes". Jira core is the fundamental building block for the entire Jira suite and JWM is definitely included as a bundle when you get Jira software. However please do not add JWM as an application in your product as that will bill you separately for JWM.

Most probably no ticket that fits that criteria at the moment, toggle the number of days to see the result you get. However deleting issues has no reverse buttons. Except you have some data privacy compliance that requires all reported tickets to be deleted after a certain number of days, it's better not to delete it in…

You need to use grouping in your JQL, try below query. (project = projectname AND component in (a,b,c)) AND ("Epic Link" != "epicname123")
