Hi @Ricardo Rodrigues No, the priority features are global, so there's no priority scheme yet on the cloud.
-
Hi @Dave Keating For bulk delete, it should be a CSV file in UTF-8 formatting and your delimiter in the file should follow any one of the five options provided within the app prior to upload. However, please raise a request at https://elfapp.website/support with an example file structure and I'll look into it.

404 generally means the resource was not found. Most probably, the user you're searching for was not found and returned 0 instead of a list containing key-value pairs of the user. Please can you print the result of the user search to see what's being returned?

Simply Awesome...

Hi @Dr. Carl Heckmann If those exist, can you go to the body tab on postman under form-data, select key as a file, and value should be the file you want to upload?
-
Hi @Dr. Carl Heckmann Can you try to add these headers as key-value pairs on postman when uploading? "Accept": "application/json" "X-Atlassian-Token": "no-check"

Hi @Shivani Umale I think there's probably some form of configuration you have to do on the Google chat side. Jira webhook always fires once enabled and once connected to any webhook receiver. You can always test it out by using a webhook receiver from https://webhook.site to ensure the Jira webhook is working.
-
Is that webhook a receiver that is able to receive any payload that Jira sends or is it just supposed to receive specific data?

Create a new team-managed project and use the bulk move feature to move the issues there. Please take note of things that won't work when the move occurs.
-
That API is experimental, so it can change at any given time. However, since it's not giving you the desired outcome, you can use another API that does or come up with a workaround for your use case. In my opinion, the user search API should just do the job. You can retrieve the details once, and from your code search for…

You can look at the documentation's example here and see the additional key fields needed.
-
You can try the below code, hope it helps you as the basis for customizing what you need. // listener should be issue_updated event def issue_key = issue.key def field = issue.fields // current fields def custom_field = 'customfield_10001' // example, change to your own customfield id def priority = 'customfield_10002' //…

You should have had an existing vendor account if I'm not mistaken prior to applying. However, if your app is on a private listing, that should enable you to do whatever you want to do during the initial stage then you can publish your app publicly that also requires approval for 1st-time applicants. In summary, there's no…
-
I don't think you can, as there are 14 days of waiting period involved.

For a quick status change from any point, you should have the "Allow all status transition" on the workflow. Then you can set an automation condition based on your scenario to edit the transition and set a resolution dynamically the way you want.
-
I think they are pretty much similar, but you will need to focus more on project configurations in server deployment. One piece of advice though, please take the prep course for ACP-600, as you will find useful examples that might be referenced in the exam.
-
Hi Richard, Using the Jira backup data will overwrite any prod data. I will suggest you spin up a development/test instance to test the migration steps you need that are separate from your prod environment.
-
Hi @[deleted] Welcome to community! This article has a detailed explanation of migration from server to cloud.
-
Since you're using v3 of the API, I believe it has to do with the JSON formatting usually with your description value.
-
Hi @susu.san I think on your device there might be something wrong with the Threading, I'm not so sure what it is based on the response you showed. So I think a better way for you to do this is to use this script instead. It has a config.ini file which you will need to add your login credentials there. Since this is a…
-
It seems this is caused by another dependency that I'm not familiar with. Please can you confirm that the above request is done with the example given in the above post?
-
Do you have access to the project or are you able to view the project issues? Let me know what type of errors or output you're getting?
-
Hi @Murthy Dusanapudi , Rather than looking for a groovy script, you can create a Resource with ScriptRunner and query the database since you're using server then you can get the related field data you want. See more from the docs
-
Yes, you have to limit groups on the "Administer projects" permission of your permission scheme.
-
Hey @Nitesh Utmani, Sorry, I can't help you check but I could guide you. Did you check on the specific permission as mentioned before? If all the groups there are administrators then the alternative is that most users are provided into the administrators' group. You'll need to check your user group and ensure that all…
-
Hi @Paul Thomson Not possible. You can only create a Jira-administrator level access group with a different name. Site-admins and Org-admins are system groups that you can't copy its privilege but can assign to users. However, I don't think that feature will be changing at all given that it's the only mechanism that allows…

Hi @CHESTER RAMOS In customizing your portal, I would suggest you get an addon such as Extension for JSM to handle forms because it helps in making your portal more user-friendly. More so, it is a best practice that you keep the request types on your portal as minimum as possible to avoid confusion among your customers.…

You have to check your global permissions from Jira settings. Most probably you've allowed some groups into "Administer Jira" or "create team-managed projects" that's why the users can see the create project button. If it's the former then that's a major issue that you need to rectify immediately.
-
Hi @Aaron Tan Yi Jie Such a feature doesn't exist. It can be easily viewed on Jira software directly.

Hey @gtrig Let me clarify, "private app" means it's only available to the instance where it is installed. The link I sent, that is referring to the development mode being enabled from your app settings (see step 2). That means everyone within your instance can use it not only you. If you want multiple instances to use the…
