Hi again @[deleted] Your main question is, where to put: 3. New Action Component is "IF BLOCK" User Condition is Run actions if All conditions match Condition is "Reporter is not" followed by 12x Jira Users Correct? Why don´t you have 2 rules? First rule to include these 12 users as a condition and the second rule that…

Hi @[deleted] and... Quickly, have you experimented with "New branch" component? With a branch, you can create a separate section with separate conditions and actions. Alternatively, I suggest you do "divide and conquer" approach. Maybe brake this rule up into couple of rules. HTH, KGM

Hi @Jason Liu You can use Automation to do that. The trigger is a schedule and the JQL could be something like: status = "resolved" and updated < -5d And the action is to transition the issue. Let me know how it goes, KGM
-
Sorry, I don't. Maybe the German (or whatever language it is) is throwing me off. You can also go to Search - Switch to JQL and there run this query: projectType = software and if cff tickets show up, then your project is if type "Software project". Or run projectType = business. Does that do the trick? Best, KGM

Hi @sabina volpicelli and... Personally, I like to use a custom field for that kind of status since an Issue can be late (or at risk or behind) and still be in the status "In Progress". Therefore, I like to be able to have both of this information independent of each other. I usually create a single select field, which can…

Hi @Bata You can see it in the upper, left hand corner. For example, the screenshot below shows a project that is of type "Software project": HTH, KGM

Hi @Jamie Cropley and... Out of the box Jira has Epic as the top level. Then are regular issue types like Story, Task, ... And the lowest level has Sub-task. You can use JQL to find issues. Go to https://[your cloud instance name].atlassian.net/issues/?jql= and click on "Switch to JQL" If you clear the search criteria and…
