Thanks for sharing, @Andy Gladstone We had a small drive way poured for our mobile home that we had while going to college and we put our sons handprint in it :) @Dan Breyen ... This is, however, my 120th #TBT post and one does eventually, probably run out of topics so... :)

Hi @Nagarajan Kalyana Subramanian and... Can you elaborate a little as to what field you are wanting to search? You can search for a single word with: text ~ TheWord This will search in both Summary and Description. You can search for a word in only Summary with: Summary ~ TheWord Neither of these search for the first word…

Hi @Lorinda Quesenberry If I am understanding you correctly, you will have to refresh the data in the Jira chart/table every time you change the JQL by clicking on the magnifying glass (search), and then click insert at the bottom and then save the actual page. HTH, KGM

Happy birthday, @Jimmy Seddon Hope it was a great one. I have the need to "use" the last of the summer weather - enjoy it before fall sets in.
-
That is very... Look forward to participate in the EAP.

So @Alex Chiu , I assume we will continue to get the prep/info emails but now they will show a single date instead of a date range, correct? Takk, KGM

Hi @Tehmina Aslam Click on the transition that you want the screen to appear on and a pop up window will open, click on Edit there: Then choose your transition screen in the field "Screen" field and click Save: Make sure to publish your workflow after this change: HTH, KGM

Great new feature! Thanks.

Hi @Jeroen Rijks and welcome. Jira out-of-the-box cannot dynamically do this, like you are wanting to. You need a 3rd party app, which will add new functions to JQL, to achieve this. Check out on Atlassian Marketplace - maybe Scriptrunner. HTH, KGM

Hi @Howard Bailey and welcome Have you checked the Automation rules for that specific project? If you are a Project Admin or Jira Admin, you can do that by clicking on Project Settings at the bottom of the left Project panel. Then click on Automation in the same left panel. See if there is an Automation rule doing you this…

Thanks all for sharing! Very welcome @Andy Gladstone and so glad this is an enjoyable memory :) You paint a vivid picture. I´d love now to come and see your childhood neighborhood. Wow @Dan Breyen that is pretty, really. @Dave Mathijs I love to hear the falling rain. Appropriately, today it is raining outside of my home :)…

Hi @Enso-Sa and welcome In that specific Project, click on Project settings - Summary and then you can see what Issue Type Screen Scheme and Issue Screen Scheme are being used. Click on the bold hyperlink under "Scheme:" to see what Issue Screen Scheme sub-task is using. Then add the custom field to the appropriate screens…

Hi @Kevin Yu and @Jordan Koukides So am I understanding correctly that the the old issue search (currently called the Advanced issue search) will go away totally and instead, the new issue search (found in each Project panel) should be used? Thanks, KGM

Hi @Rachel Hafley Yes, click on "Columns" and then on "My Defaults" and look for linked: Then check the box. This is for your view. If this is a saved filter, a 3 column will appear and you should add the column there so everyone will see it. HTH, KGM

Hi @Jared Fusedale The issue will stay in the Done column for two weeks in Jira Work Management, then it will disappear. That is by design. HTH, KGM
