Hi @Brian Horton and welcome! You can search for certain words and you can see a discussion about that here. Relying on words in a free text field is not very reliable - people misspell or use other words than we expect them, etc. I would recommend that you create a Custom Field for this purpose and have people update it.…

Oooo, this is a great topic, @Andy Gladstone Yes, copy of the Morgunblaðið newspaper from Sept 12th, 2001. I still remember where I was when I heard the news. I was working in a 5 story building that was split into 2 wings. The only place in the entire building that had antenna plug/connection was in the department right…

Sorry @Mihir Talsania I totally missed that you had asked a follow up question. Boris suggests one here above. For example JEMH and Email this issue. HTH, KGM

Hi @Alec Fields OOTB, Jira does not support any way for "Customers" to view tickets except those that the "Customer" is a reporter on or a participant. The way to view those tickets is in the right hand corner of the Portal but that is not a very good way for the leadership to view them (can't order them by priority, etc).…

Thanks everyone! Hope that was a good trip down memory lane. Happy weekend!

Dang, too bad. I tried filtering on a "labels" type in my instance and added that field as column. I did not get this "none" additional line. Have you tried in another browser? Clear the cache before. Maybe this is some weird cache problem in the browser. Last step is probably to file a support ticket with Atlassian. HTH,…
-
Sorry, then I am fresh out of ideas :( No! One more. Do you have some funky columns? Or can you try removing all "labels" columns and see how that turns out. Hope you get this figured out, and when you do, please share that. Best, KGM
-
Hi @Gaye I was hoping maybe those tickets that do not have a label (so "none" or null) would somehow affect this. Worth the try! Sorry, I am stumped. Does the extra line also appear if you drop the ORDERED BY part? HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Gaye I am not sure but my experience in the past with labels is that one has to exclude "none" (i.e. tickets with no labels). Try: project = PL AND ("Launch Status[Labels]" != completed OR "Launch Status[Labels]" is not empty) HTH, KGM

So much fun to read these. Thanks for sharing guys! Yes, you are correct @Andy Gladstone and well said "what’s important is not whether she was the first but she was the last!"
-
Thanks for this info, @Kevin Minnick
-
Sorry @Szatai Dávid I am stumped as well. I am guessing that you are trying to get more out of this chart than it can give. Maybe you need to look at other chart options (maybe even 3rd party app like this one). HTH, KGM

Hi again @Tester- Amy Sorry, I missed your comment. Have you fixed this yet? You can also add to your automation rule a "Refetch issue data" action to refresh the data that is available to the automation rule: And then you can use that new data to continue. Let me know how that goes. KGM
-
Hi @Bp Grant and welcome to the Community Here is a great article that should get this issue fixed. Is the issue you are trying to create for sure using the screen that you added the new fields to? Do you have 3 screens (Create, Edit, View) and are you mapping the correct screen to the Create action? HTH, KGM
-
Oh darn it. I hereby submit it as a feature request :) Thanks @Agraj Mangal
-
Hahaha, @Andy Gladstone you are too funny! Team ´22 was really great and I am so glad I got to know you there. Team ´23 will be EPIC! Takk, KGM
-
Thanks for this idea, @Harald Seyr I´ll look into this. The ask is for a regular user to be able to trigger it, like with a button or gadget on a Confluence page.
-
Thanks @jira_admin_cu and did this problem start after that? Is your Jira Service Management running version 5.6? Best, KGM
-
@Florian Bonniec raises a good point. @jira_admin_cu you can also try to reindex the JSM project, since you are on a Server, and see this is a weird index thing. Best of luck, KGM
-
Hi again @jira_admin_cu Thanks for the answers. So you, as a Customer, user created the ticket and you can see it on Jira side but no on the Portal side. And there is no Issue Security on the ticket. And you are for sure logged into the Portal as the same Customer user as created the aforementioned ticket? Is your Customer…
-
Hi @jira_admin_cu Can you see the ticket on the Jira side (not the Portal) that this Customer has created in the Portal? Does this particular Customer have access to the JSM project in question? Has this particular Customer created a ticket in the Portal? HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Jeff Davis Good question and I am commenting to follow the discussion. I am not aware that this can be done, at least not with OOTB Jira. Best, KGM
-
Thanks everyone. Yes, I am really stoked to see you all in person who can make it. Those who are doing the Digital edition, it will also be a blast. Have a great weekend!
-
Hi @Szatai Dávid I am not totally following, sorry. Have you tried: resolution is not empty to help find the tickets you need? You can search by issue type like -> type in(Bug, Task) and that is independent of projects. HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Tester- Amy You can use Automation to achieve this. Choose a trigger that fits you (could be on create or a specific JQL query that qualifies the issues you want cloned over). Same with updates, trigger could be on update. HTH, KGM
-
Love it, @Nikki Zavadska _Appfire_ ! :) Look forward to meeting you in person and getting to know you better. Yes, thats the spirit @Juan Carlos Vera You are correct, we get to experience Team all day, every day, all year here in the Community. Thanks for that beautiful comment. Isn´t that right, @Ditte Simard ! I also…

Good topic @Jimmy Seddon I celebrated by sharing this most amazing picture in (almost) EVERY single Slack conversation I had on Pi day :)

Hi ophir@cyberint.com Here is a related question that might spur some ideas... HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Elif Alverson Changing only the name (not the key) will not impact the ticket numbers. However, if someone is using the name of the project in a saved JQL filter, then that filter will break. I.e. using: Project = "Alpha is first" But if they are using the key (say the above project's key is AIF) in saved filters, then…
