Thank you all for kind words and to be honest, this is a #ImpossibleAlone effort. With out all of you, this would not be nearly as much fun and heck of a lot less to read :) THANK you all. Really, heartfelt takk to you all. Oh, now you got me curious @Alex Koxaras -Relational- :)

Hey @Brittany Joiner isn't this your cup of tea? :)
-
Love it @Camila Gomes - so glad to hear :) Could you please accept the answer, thank you. Best, KGM
-
Hi @Camila Gomes You could add to your board filter: AND type != sub-task HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Luke Liu Do you have a publicly viewable list of all the 1st-level subdomain keyword per category that we can view? Thanks, KGM

Olá @RM Soluções Eletricas e bem-vindo à Comunidade. Um dólar americano é cerca de 5,07 reais brasileiros. Jira pricing espero que ajude, KGM

You might also want to get an Atlassian Partner to demo for you... Just saying :) KGM
-
Hi @Shaun Eger and welcome. I am not an Atlassian employee so take my answer with a grain of salt :) Sounds like your use case would be doable with JSM and Assets. If I were you, I'd spin up a free trial instance and try it out. Setup a simple project and schemas. Create new object schema and just get a feel for how it…

Man, sooooo close. I am looking for the exact same. Did you figure it out, @Ken Young ?
-
Ah, I see. Sounds like a recipe for a 3rd Party App :(

Wow, what a great article about you Sam! Well executed @Viktoriya Borisova

Hi @Asher Francis Have you thought about making creative Automation rule/s for this and maybe use more statuses in the workflow, since you want to use Jira OOTB? The rule/s can also add a label or update a field. Then you could build filters and have different gadgets on a dashboard to represent 0-4 hours, 5-10 hours, etc.…
-
Hi again @Ferenc Vasóczki If you also want an "Unassigned" status, can't you just add it as well?HTH,KGM
-
Hi @Logkatya5 Oh boy, wonder what that is. And have you tried the classic "turn the phone off and on again"? Is the IOS updated to the newest version -1? HTH and best of luck, KGM
-
Oh boy! Good one. Princess Bride for sure! Napoleon Dynamite is also another good one for me.

Hi @Alfredo Escovar and welcome to the Community :) I am not so sure you can change the view there. But you can create filters and dashboards to achieve similar, though not dynamic, goal. Here is a tutorial video. Jimmy has some good stuff too. Can you provide the URL to this page (and replace your domain name with…

Glad you've got it figured out, @Alistair Adams !

Hi @John Welby and welcome to the Community. I am no SOC expert but this idea is not a good one. Each should have their own token. If you need a "function" to do something, then create a "Service" user (just a regular user except you store the password away) for such tokens. HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Fernanda_Regino did you ever find a way out? Best, KGM
-
Hi @Alistair Adams and happy Monday. Not totally sure if this helps but have you tried to re-fetch data in your Automation rule to make sure the newest data is available to the rule? HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Megha and welcome to the Community. Can't you use fix version and releases to manage your Program Increment changes? See more here in this older but still valid article. HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Jason Davis and welcome. Not sure but have you tried going into Tempo - Teams and find the team in question to make sure that is still exists. Note in the URL the ID of the team. Is this the same ID as the approvers have in the link they are using? I.e. do the ID's match up. HTH, KGM

Oh and if there is too much clutter, yes I sometime totally feel like your comment @Dave Mathijs

Thank you all for sharing your tips and tricks for spring cleaning! Yes, I also find gratification and some therapy in cleaning, @Benjamin And I do like reducing "stuff" like you mention @Summer Hogan
-
Awesome, @Ferenc Vasóczki Please accept my answer if that helped you :) Have a gr8 weekend, KGM
-
Hi @Ferenc Vasóczki Sounds like you created a Jira Software type of Project. Do you want to add a status to the workflow so you can add a column on a Scrum or Kanban board? Then you need to go to the Cog wheel - Issues - Workflows and find the appropriate workflow. Click on edit and add the status. HTH, KGM

Hi @Michael Madsen and to do some expectation management: I will am not a coder and probably won't solve your problem :) Have you tried asking chatPBT? @Rodney Nissen had an interesting article yesterday about that. Check it out and let us know how it went. Of course try the code out in a test environment and all that.…
-
Very welcome, @Brian Horton The "Status Update" transition is an example of a loop transition: It originates in the status "In Progress" and goes back to the same status, "In Progress". These loop transitions are great for automating updates to fields or info gathering without transition the ticket to another workflow…
