Hi @Eiren Smith I am able to replicate the issue at my end. As a workaround, go to Board settings > Card layout page and add any field to the layout. Then go back to board and see that the icon updated with the new one. You may again go to Board settings > Card layout page and remove the field you added earlier.

@Julia Kvas You can make an Epic as parent to Story, Task or any other standard issue types. If you want to link tasks to story, you'll have to use Issue linking option.

Hi @mohithb The customers can be provisioned directly from Azure to your Cloud site. The user provisioning works as below. * Users and groups are synced from IdP to your Atlassian organisation * Your organisation’s directory syncs the users and groups to all associated Cloud sites * Grant product access to the Groups in…

Hi @mohithb The simple answer is 'yes'. "Continue with Microsoft" is social login and it's optional. Users can choose this option or login normally using their email address and Atlassian account password. With Access's SAML SSO, the users will be forced to use Azure AD credentials every time they try to login. It's not an…

Hi @Harry Offer Confluence admin can Recover Permissions on any space in your site and grant access to other users/groups.

@Dylan_E_Adams In next-gen project, the fields created are specific to that project. So, I assume you want to make the fields as mandatory/required for a Classic project. You can create a new field configuration and use it in your project so that it'll not affect other projects. You mark the fields as required in it.…

You are very welcome, @Ali Meechoovet If you are happy with the answer provided, please accept the answer.

@Capps , You are right, adding Parent just displays the parent key, but not the Epic Name. The headings are displayed in the same order they are added in the display options. But, it's not possible to re-order them once added. We need to remove the columns and add them one by one in the order we need.

Hi @XTENSION SERIES , Thanks for being in the Atlassian Community. We are aware of an incident yesterday with our Community site. Are you still having the issue? Can you please clear your browser cache and give it a try?

You are very welcome @yerranaresh_jira

Hi @chris.ives It seems Contract Expiry Notification is a custom field. We usually get this error when the field is set as a required field in the field configuration used by the project, but not added to the 'Create Issue' screen. You can check the field configuration from Project Settings > Fields page. Search…

@[deleted] I am not able to replicate it in my test site. Looks like your instance is affected by a known bug: CONFCLOUD-65911 You may try the workaround mentioned in it.

@Thomas Deiler I just tested it. It doesn't matter. :)

@Kimi Dutta If you are a board admin, you should be able to create quick filters from Board Settings > Quick Filters page. In your case, you already know the the field name you want to use in your quick filter. So, you may use the JQL something like this and name that quick filter as 'Kimi'. "Project Owner" = "Kimi Dutta"…
