You can use two different columns: Left one for Image and right one for text. Alternately, select the imagine and click on right arrow key on your keyboard so that cursor will be moved to right to the image and start typing the text.

@Kim , If you are an admin in the project, you can create your own issue type in the project. You may refer the below document for better understanding. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/set-up-issue-types-in-next-gen-projects-949233753.html
-
@Chris Knowlton Below KB article explains how you can restrict project permissions to specific users/groups. This is not specific to Jira Service Desk, but applying the project permissions are same for all Jira classic projects.…

@Fernando Bordallo Even if you add a user as a admin in a next-gen project, the user will not be able to see the boards unless the user has 'Jira Software' license.
-
@b.tahir The user need to granted Jira Software license to access software boards (Next-gen is a Software feature). If you are the site-admin, you can check the user licenses from Administration > Users page by viewing the details for the affected user. I suspect, in this case, the user has Jira Core license only.

Hi Aline, Unfortunately, it's not possible to configure WIP limits at swimlane level at the moment. We have been tracking this as a suggestion request in the below link. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-3681 I can't think of any workaround as well.

Hello @Harry Bob , No. We need to use 'Move' option in Next-Gen project.
-
@Narendra Kumar You can run below SQL on your Jira database. It'll give you list of projects which are not updated after a specific date and time. You might have to tweak the date and time part in the 'where' clause. I ran it on PostgreSQL. select pname, pkey, created as project_createtd,updated as project_updatetd from…

Got it, Antonio. There is no out of the box report in Jira for your requirement. We can use Filter Results Gadget on a dashboard and add Σ Original Estimate, Σ Remaining Estimate & Σ Time Spent Columns to display. It'll show you the output as below.
-
Hi Caroline, My understanding is that you want to see the tickets in the list view instead of as cards on the 'Kanban board' page. Unfortunately, it's not possible to configure that way at the moment.
-
Hi Harry, You need to have below things in place to change the request type from an issue. 1) Make sure you have 'Edit Issue' project permission. 2) Make sure 'Request Type' field is added to the screen which is being used for 'Edit issue' operation in the project. You can check this from Project settings > Screens and…
-
Hi Antonio, You can write a JQL to pull the tickets from the Sprint and add columns: Original Estimate, Time Spent, Remaining Estimate and any other fields you want to export. Then export the results in CSV. The Original Estimate, Time Spent & Remaining Estimate values in the CSV file are shown in the seconds as a number.…

Hi Hans, You need to have 'Delete issue' permission at the project level. Being the admin you should be able to check the project permissions and grant yourself required permissions. Please refer to below document to learn more about Project permissions in Jira.…

Hi Mitesh, Below KB article explains how you can do it. https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/how-to-restrict-project-access-for-teams-in-jira-cloud-953142266.html
-
Hi Nicle, Try the JQL as below for your Kanban board filter. This will pull all the tickets from your project which are not marked as completed yet or the ones marked as completed in last 90 days. project = "Project Name" and (resolution is EMPTY OR resolved >= -90d)

Hi Vince, Do you mean you want to disable 'Share' option on the customer portal view? Currently, it's not possible to disable the share button in the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability: JSDCLOUD-7057 The best workaround I can think of at the moment is to make use of…

Please reach out to Atlassian Support with the details of the Jira instance details and an example ticket where you are not able to see attachments. Tech Support team should be able to help you with it.
-
I assume you want to show total hours logged for a task in the board. Correct? You can add 'Σ Time Spent' to the card layout on the board which will show you the total time logged.
-
You are right. You won't be able to access Org unless you are an Org admin. Please reach out to us though our Support portal so that we can help you with it.
-
Unfortunately, the next-gen project doesn't support JQL for Epics yet. This is something we already considered to implement in the future.
-
Hi Tim, I just responded through the support case you raised with us. We'll communicate through the support case.

Currently, it's not possible to merge Atlassian accounts. There is an open feature request raised in our external bugs/features tracking system. Please follow the workaround instructions provided in the feature request. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-240

Hi Andrew, In the first screenshot, the sidebar is collapsed. Please ask the users to press '[' button to toggle space sidebar view. Alternatively, users can hover the mouse close to the sidebar so that they can see the '>' symbol to expand the space sidebar. I have responded to you through the support case as well. -Veera

That's correct @Alex. Atlassian store files in our media server: https://api.media.atlassian.com. So if the restrictive firewall or proxy servers are used in the customer's network, whitelisting https://*.atlassian.com will fix the issue. Customers may see 504 Gateway error in the browser network tab if the media server…
