@Gowri_Sankar It's not possible to add the same custom field multiple times to a screen in Jira. Did you try using multi-line text custom field?
-
@tubage , Are you using Jira server instance? The document you are referring to is for Jira Cloud version. Here is the Jira server doc: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/advanced-searching-fields-reference-939938743.html#Advancedsearching-fieldsreference-issuelinktypeIssuelinktype You should be able to…

@LG By default, Jira prioritises the ticket using the native 'Rank' field in the board. You can update the board filter to use "Aha! Rank" to order the tickets so that you don't have to manually re-prioritise the tickets in Jira. e.g. update the filter from: project = CPS ORDER BY Rank ASC to: project = CPS ORDER BY "Aha!…

Yes, it's not possible for next-gen projects at the moment. We have been tracking this as a feature request: JSWCLOUD-17392

@Eric Sowa Yes, it's not possible for next-gen projects at the moment. We have been tracking this as a feature request: JSWCLOUD-17392
-
Agree with you @Kumar , it's a pain to move manually when you have a lot of epics linked to an initiative.
-
You are right @John Tolle . It doesn't work in new fabric editor. We have been tracking this as a feature request and will be made available soon.

No, @Narendra Kumar

Welcome @Muhammed_Nur_Nurdağ !! Glad to have you here.
-
You are welcome, @Chris Knowlton
-
What do you mean by 'workflow access'? Do you want to restrict view workflow from the tickets? Or access t create and edit workflows?
-
@Narendra Kumar , There is no single REST END point which can give you the projects list to which a particular group was given access to. However, you can do it programatically using various end points which are available.

Good one, Lenin!

Hi @vivi sparvoli , There is no automated way to convert an existing page into a template in Confluence. As a workaround, open the page in edit mode, copy the content, and then paste it in the new template editor.

Hi @John Tolle Hope this is how you want to create tasks list in the new editor. I managed to do it by following below steps. * Use '[]' shortcut so that you will see task list icon. * Type task description and press enter. This will show you task icon just under the first task. * Now, click 'tab' key so that task icon…

Hi Phanidhar, When you move story/task with sub-tasks to a different project, the sub-tasks also will be moved along with the parent story/task. So, you don't have to have a JQL which pulls the sub-tasks for bulk move. For your requirement, I propose the below method instead of using a single bulk operation. * Move…

@Eric Sowa Unfortunately for now, we still don't have it working.

Thanks @Kyle Hardin . You too have a great day ahead! Glad I was able to help you with it. If you are satisfied with the answer, please accept the answer.
-
@Kyle Hardin , The security level is mainly to let you and your team control who can see particular issues after they are created. You may able to restrict users to create tickets based on issue types using a 3rd party add-on in Jira server. Please refer to below KB article.…
-
@david.higuera The easiest option I can think of is to make use of labels field in the ticket. Alternatively, you can create a custom field (may be a select list with the options) and add it to the relevant screens so that the team can choose of the options.
-
@Dominique Heinelt , Built-in 'Automation' in a Jira Service Desk is not capable of doing what you are looking for. The article you are referring to is related to Automation for Jira add-on. You need to install the add-on and enable it at your JSD project to use the add-on features.

@Nicolai Sibler I tested the second query and it works fine for me. In that query, make sure you use the group name in the same way it's showing you in the groups page in the UI, but not all lower case letters.

@Bastian Metz There was no incident at Atlassian side related to classic projects. Are you still not able to create issues in your Classic project? Are you getting any error when you try to create?
-
@Saquib Fraz You need use pagination to get all the users due to default max limit is 200. Below REST call gives you first 100 users from Conflunce_users group. https://hostname.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/group/Confluence-users/member?start=1&limit=100 In the next run, change the start position to 101 which will give you…

@Carsten Fette You can delete your Atlassian account on your own. Please refer to Delete your account page for the instructions.

@Dhiraj Aggarwal By design, Scrum backlog doesn't include the tickets in the status which are mapped to the 'Done' column. This behavior is explained the Scrum Backlog document. The backlog is meant for sprint planning where the team determines the product backlog items they will work on during that sprint. If the…
-
@Alex Jung I assume you are using classic Jira software project. Being the project admin, you should be able to create/edit components in that particular project. However, to complete sprint or for any other sprint operations, you need to have Manage Sprints permission at the project level. You need to have Jira software…
-
@Shannon , Yes, it's possible. It's similar to provisioning of Agents, but without JSD or any product access. You may put all the customers in one group (let's call it JSD Customers) and and sync the group to your Org which will be eventually synced to your Cloud site. Do not assign any product access to JSD Customers…

@John G 'Transition Issue' is one of the Jira Project Permissions which is required if the user wants to change the status of the ticket. Make sure service desk team is granted 'Transition Issue' permission at the project level. Audit logs (in Jira general settings) may give you some info if the permission scheme was…
