  • Hey @BF Trello Automations Ahh no worries! Was a fun video to make anyway. I think I can do what you want though. It will require multiple rules so just repeat the following steps for as many labels/boards as you need. 1. Open Butler and use the When a card is added to a list" option. Remember to use the filter shown below…
  • Hey @Johan Have you added due dates to the cards? Also maybe you have some filters on? If you press 'f' on your keyboard it will open the filters/search menu and you can select/deselect the labels/filters you have. Cheers, Dan
  • Hey @Lee Brock Realty One way of doing this would be to use labels. Do you can have a list of cards. Some will be undone and these are blank labels. The ones that are completed/Done, you can add a "Done" label to them. A quick tip is if you hover your mouse over a card and press the key "L" it will open up the label menu…
  • Hey @BF Trello Automations I made a video tutorial for you on this. Hopefully I understood the question correctly. If not, let me know and I'll do my best to help! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kdYvhg4rwY Cheers, Dan
  • Hey @Migitino I don't know of a way to hide certain cards but you can hide text within a card using this Power-Up. https://trello.com/power-ups/5cdb7c34cf4f69645909eb19 Hope that helps, Dan
  • Hey @Christian Zappa I've had a look at this and its possible but requires a bit more set-up. First you'll need to create a new custom field for this original title to be stored in. (see the image attached). Leave this blank. Butler will add info to it later. Next we will need to edit the original butler command to make a…
  • @Darius Mojahed It shouldn't be considered a Power-Up but just check that the template didn't come with any power-ups pre-installed. Also there might be some Trello Power-Ups installed like calendar or maps that I think would count so you will need to remove those to use the Evernote PU instead on the freemium version.…
  • Hi @Christian Zappa The custom fields should be showing on the front of the card like this? "Customer Email" is the custom field here. If not, it is possible to set up a Butler automation to have the custom field added to the end of the card title like this. The first screenshot shows that in action, the title has the…
  • @Mats Johanson Here's the video! Hope it helps. Shout if you have any questions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJSlbtjEA_U Dan
  • Hey @Mats Johanson I have a video explaining this to you just uploading to YouTube now, will post here once it's ready :) Dan
  • @Marco Müller You could probably move your private boards to the team that has business class, but keep them as set to "private".
  • Hi @Luca I dont think you can send them to a specific conversation (that I know of) but you could set up a new channel (and set it to be private?) with those people added to it so the channel acts like a conversation?
  • Hi @Yann F You'll need to archive the card first before deleting it. Alternatively, if you want to add a "Delete" button to your board so you don't need to archive it first, you can do that with this Power-Up. https://trello.com/power-ups/5d0859bfbe10fe7460b4390a I made a quick explainer video here to show you both methods…
  • Hey @Nicola Tornaletti Agree with @Iain Dooley re the screenshot for a full view. Another option is to use our Board Export Power-Up and export as an image. Then you'll get a similar list/card layout but in a more printable format that's easier to read than a zoomed outboard view. Check out the gif on this listing to see…
  • Hey @Samantha It's possible using Planyway, but it might need a paid plan, not 100% sure. https://planyway.com/help/features/assign-team-members-and-dates-to-checklist-items#add-a-checklist And then if you have that synced up with your Google Calendar, the checklist items will appear in your calendar. However as you cannot…

  • Hey @Suneth Wijeyewardena Yes, lots of people use Trello for personal tasks. Check out these board templates for some inspiration :) https://trello.com/templates/personal Regarding syncing, you can move cards between boards (https://help.trello.com/article/806-moving-cards-or-lists) but making them automatically sync is a…
  • Hi @Charlotte You shouldn't need to create a Butler rule for this if you have installed the Slack Power-Up on your board. With this, you can set it to send a notification when a card is created as per here... and this is what the notification looks like in Slack (send to the specific channel I created called…
  • Hi @lgilliland What type of file are you trying to attach to the card? Perhaps the file is too large? There is some more info on here around attachment and size limits if it helps. https://help.trello.com/article/769-adding-attachments-to-cards Could you add a screenshot for us to see? Thanks, Dan
  • Hey @jamie @Iain Dooley has the correct answer here, but if you are looking for a way to back up your Trello boards so you have a copy for in case this kind of thing happens in the future, you can export board data to excel/CSV using this Board Export Power-Up.…
  • Hi @Bruna Junckes If you hover your mouse/cursor over a card and press 'n' on your keyboard it will create a new card just below the card you are hovering over. So you could do this for the new card to be in position #2 by hovering over card #1. Or if you want it to be #1 straightway, click on the three dots in the top…

  • Hi @Vongsawat Our Power-Up 'Board Export for Trello' allows you to export card titles and URLs. I don't know of a way to export checklists currently, however 'Board Export for Trello' will allow this to be done very soon, we are actively working on it right now. I will post back here once it's available.…
