Mail Subject should not be same else it'll put comment in the existing issues ? Mark mail as Unread and try to test ?

@Murat Sahan For this you need to put field description with hyperlink and other details. So that user can click on the link and see doc before creating a ticket. Adding default value/URL doesn’t work for your scenario.

@Javier Peraita Are you filter those issues in which Deadline is greater then 15days from now via Issue Search or JQL ? If those issues are visible via JQL then automation also validate the query ? Is validate query giving zero result ?

If it's Company managed project, kindly use Story Points for estimation. Story Points Estimate for Team Managed projects only. Kindly ask your Jira Admin to add Story points field to your project and migrate values from Story Points estimate to Story Points field. Once Story points have value, it'll be visible on board. 

You are in Company managed project board, not Team Managed.

Hi @Javier Peraita For this you need to create a scheduled automation, which run everyday and check issue in which duedate is equal to currentdate+15. For those issue, it create a sub-task. JQL : project = "PAA" AND duedate = startOfDay(15)

okay @Matthew Challenger I understand now, Try this smartvalue : {{webhookData.ClickData.UserEmail.distinct.size}} It gives you the count of distinct email address. Above date it gives : 3
