@Mathew Lederman Copy Data doesn't work in my case. Both Jira Instance have different admin and owned by different organization. We need to setup a two way sync, copy data is just a one time copy data to another instance.

Adding to @Valerie Knapp , It's not feasible to give issue created pop-up via project automation. Automation only show Automation in Progress, won't show issue key of the issue created via Automation like when issue created manually.
