@umesh kumar Check Add Comments permission in Project permission scheme.

Hi @umesh kumar Welcome to Atlassian Community! As per the error message, it seems to be a permission issue. Are you using same account in REST API which you used for adding comment from UI? Try to use Basic Auth, username will be email address and password is API token. Try in postman first or any other API testing tool,…
-
Thanks @WW For sharing the latest API doc.

You’re welcome ☺️

Hi @Jamshaid Just for your information, if you are not aware. You can use Basic Auth in POSTMAN. Instead of password using API token which you generated from your Atlassian account. @Jose Ignacio Rodriguez I am not able to find Template key for these templates. Actually, These are the sub-template further divided from main template. Hi @Shivam Desai For this you need to apply Value Field Condition in Workflow for Done transition, project automation doesn't work in this case. For Bug and Tasks, create a copy of the existing workflow if it's mapped with Epic/Story , applied Copied workflow to Task and Bug issue type and apply Condition.

Hi @Talha Hussain Welcome to Atlassian Community! If you scroll down, Under Activity section >> in Comments tab>> you will find the Comment which you entered on Done transition. Thanks
