Hi @luo-yuanfu Welcome to Atlassian Community! When you Clone an issue, CLONE prefix added automatically to the new issues. You can check Link Type to see which issue is Cloned and which one is original. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/clone-an-issue/ In Original Issues, you will find "is cloned by"…

Hi @Sruthi Susan Biju Welcome to Atlassian Community! Yes, you can use Jira JQL API to get projects issue data into CSV. You need to get data using Web in excel. This is the single line text field not a Jira Sprint field, in text field IN operator won't work. Kindly ask Jira admin for Jira Sprint field id.
-
Hi @Kalpathi Rajkumar Harishma Welcome to Atlassian Community! As per the error message, it seems that you are trying to do JQL on single line text field. I think duplicate sprint field is created in your instance. System Sprint field is of type "array" not Short text. Kindly search using Sprint field id for eg…

Thanks a lot @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- for providing further clarification.

Thanks @Max Foerster - K15t @BHUSHAN PATIL for your response! Yes in Backlog, I can move/arrange issue top, bottom as per my preference when drag/dropping issues to Sprint then again I need to arrange them. I was thinking a way to see the Ranking number so that when moving issue to Sprint jira automatically arrange issues…
-
@Thijs yes user must have create issue permission to create issue in a project. If you set default reporter then that reporter should have create issue permission in that project.
-
Hi @Max Foerster - K15t Thanks again! I have to select Site under "Sites and Products" on left side panel, then it lands on a new page which gives all information.

Hi @Max Foerster - K15t Thanks for your response! But on my site, Storage option is not available.

@Andy Heinzer Can you please help us with SQL query ? I am not able to create SQL query to get details.
-
Cool! Glad to hear I am able to help you. Yes, you need to move issues from Backlog >> Board. Disable Backlog feature from Project settings, then all the issues will be visible on board. Group issue by Epic on Board. Kindly accept the solution if it works for you. It helps other user facing same issue.

You're Welcome!

Hi @Gerald Lewis You can use the following MySQL query to find Project and Issue types mapped with Project :- SELECT P.pname, GROUP_CONCAT(DISTINCT I.pname ORDER BY I.pname ASC SEPARATOR ',') AS issuetypes FROM project AS P INNER JOIN jiraissue AS J ON J.PROJECT = P.ID INNER JOIN issuetype AS I ON I.ID = J.issuetype GROUP…

It seems that you enabled Backlog in Kanban Team Managed Project. You need to move issue from Backlog to Board, then only visible on Board.
-
Hi @manaf basheer Welcome to Atlassian Community! Have you enabled Epic in Backlog ?
-
@Davide Astarita Have you created and started the Sprint ? Once you start the sprint, then only you can see issues in a board.
-
Hi @Davide Astarita Welcome to Atlassian Community! In Backlog, are you able to see Epic Panel having Epics and Issues ?
-
@Kale Bullen For organization, you can use smart value in JQL query :- Organizations = {{issue.customfield_10002.name}} JQL : Organizations = {{issue.customfield_10002.name}} AND status = "In Progress"
-
@Kale Bullen You're Welcome! You need to modify JQL query for Lookup issues based on your requirement. I used simple JQL query. Using JQL filter out those issues on which you are working. Modify Compare two value Condition I used six replace it with 3.
-
Hi @Kale Bullen For this you need to write a project automation rule, use Lookup issues Action to count the number of issues match JQL.
