Hi @lad6bp Welcome to Atlassian Community! Are you trying to move project issues from Old Jira( DC/Server) to Jira cloud ? If yes, with the help of Cloud migration assistant, you can easily migrate a single project to Jira cloud.…

@Tom Elfers It's the same. In my screenshot I am at Task issue type. While in your screenshot you are at Epic issue type. For Epic issue type, Jira shows "Add a child issue" and for issue type below Epic it show "Create Subtask"
-
Hi @Tom Elfers Welcome to Atlassian Community! Sub-task issue type is not visible on Create issue screen. After issue creation, you can create a new sub-task for a Task issue type. You can create Sub-tasks in bulk using CSV import or via API. Previously, if you had sub-task issue type in your project and removed sub-task…

@Ram Kumar Aravindakshan _Adaptavist_ Do you have any suggestion or workaround to add Script fragment on create issue screen ?
-
Hi @Midya Rahmani Welcome to Atlassian Community! It is not possible to use Script Fragments on the Create Screen. You can use Scriptrunner Behaviour for create issue screen.
-
Hi @Erick Narvaez You can get the newly created issue key using this smartValue : {{createdIssue.key}}
-
If it's required, it automatically pick the default value and create screen won't come.
-
Hi @BenWade If it's mandatory field and field is empty in that case only pop-up will come to insert text in a field else if field is already having default value and mandatory, in that case Jira jira won't prompt to enter value, it simply creates an issue with default value. Workaround : Try to create an automation rule,…

Hi @prasad biddika Yes, you can get Sprints for complete instance. For this first you need to get all boards in a jira instance : https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/api-group-board/#api-rest-agile-1-0-board-get Once you get board Id then only you will be able to get App sprints in board…
-
Hi @RIZKY JTUASIKAL In such case, you need to create a post function, if User* = currentUser then clear field "User Evidence Url" Or with the help of automation you can also do this, set field value to null if User* = currentUser.

@Darryl Lee @Kristian Walker _Adaptavist_ @Oliver Siebenmarck _Polymetis Apps_ Guys please us here.
-
Hi @Samuelraj As it's a team managed project, you can only apply Restriction/Condition on Close transition, that only certain people close the parent task and create an automation rule when all Sub-task are closed to automatically move parent to Close status. OR You can do one thing, creates an automation rule to move…

@Vishal Gogari If you don't have any plugin, just want to show passed vs failed Percent on dashboard, then @Dick solution works for you. In my organization, we are using Zephyr Scale for Test management.

-

-
Hi @Valentina C Welcome to Atlassian Community! If you have a scriptrunner plugin, Kindly try to run following script in Script Console to get issue type issues count : import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import groovy.sql.Sql import org.ofbiz.core.entity.ConnectionFactory import…

Hi @[deleted] Yes, you can remove or rename the Future sprint from Backlog, if you have Manage Sprint permission on PVET project. Or you can ask person who is having manage sprint to remove this future sprint. When needed, create a new sprint.
-
@Svetlin Try to add Field Required validator on transition.
-
Hi @Daniel Serodio Kindly check Resolution is set for these issues. Updated date should less than 2 weeks. No update on issues in last 2 weeks, then only they hide from Done column which is right most column on board. Thanks, V.Y
-
Hi @DR Sorry for late response, Here is the rule screenshot :
-
@Tom Oakes Yes, correct. If Admin is not having Browse issue permission in a project, then even after having Jira admin permission, you can't see those project issues. Glad to hear you are able to fix this out :)
-
Hi @Tom Oakes , Welcome to Atlassian Community! Try to run API call on a browser in which you are logged in as Jira admin. For eg : https://jira.abc.com/rest/api/2/field Check is it giving complete list of jira fields ? Thanks, V.Y
