Thank you! I've found your issue - it's already assigned to our support engineer, you'll get a reply soon.

Glad it helped! :)

Find the "Col 1" column - I select it in the internal SELECT and then rename it as 'Row number' in the external SELECT. This column stands for your "name", "custom", etc. columns - just list them in the internal SELECT and then rename in the external SELECT. But don't use the T1. prefix - here it can confuse the macro. Use…

I've modified the result query a little bit to get rid of the quotation marks (used the "slice" function to cut out extra symbols {"type":" in the beginning and " in the end of the string): SELECT 'Col 1' AS 'Row number', SUBSTRING('Col 2', 10, LENGTH('Col 2'))->slice(0, -1) AS 'Type' FROM (SELECT 'Col 1', 'Col…
-
Hi @Holly Perry , The issue is that your "type" has different length (for example, "user" vs "resolution"). Maybe instead of the SUBSTRING function it will be better to use the "split" operator. Here is my example: SELECT 'Col 1' AS 'Row number', 'Col 2'->split(":")->1 AS 'Type' FROM (SELECT 'Col 1', 'Col 2'->split(",")->0…

Hi @Janick Spielmann , If your company uses the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app (this is our add-on and it's a paid one), you may set the required column width with the help of the Table Transformer macro and FORMATWIKI function.
-
I can suggest using the following structure: Instead of the Table 1 you'll have the Table from CSV macro. The Table Transformer 1 is required to work with your array - it contains just the query that I've mentioned above. The second table is optional and is needed if you want to combine the rows of your first modified…

This is a workaround from our developers - a mixture of SQL and JavaScript. We use "," to split the Col 2 into several cells (comma works like a separator here) and return the Col 1 and the corresponding part of the Col 2 to build a new table.
-
Hi @Eyal Zmora , Maybe this workaround will suit you: SEARCH / AS @a EX('Col 2'->split(",")) / RETURN(@a->'Col 1' AS 'Col 1', _ AS 'Col 2') FROM T1

Hi @Eran Flom , To look into the issue, we need more info. Please create a support ticket with the page storage format attached. We'll recreate exactly your source table and the Chart from Table macro with all the settings and try to investigate the case. If your source table is not manually created but generated with the…
-
You may also try to use the CONCAT_VIEW function instead of the CONCAT - maybe it will help you to preserve the initial formatting.
-
Please check the version of the app (update it if necessary, the current version is 8.6.1) and raise a support ticket with the page storage format attached - we'll try to look at the issue closely.
-
Hi @Arica Chan , Still can't reproduce the issue: I've changed the dates for the Start Date column as you have on your screenshot (used a date picker). Check that you have a proper date format in the Table Transformer macro settings: The SQL query remains the same (see my previous reply). Check the last column - does your…
-
It's just the last date of the grid - you may use another one like End/1 May 2023 or something. Then your 23'Q1 will be visible.
-
Thank you for the clarification - seems that our app is not exactly what you need. We provide the Table from JSON/Table from CSV macros that can recreate tables in Confluence from json/csv attachments/URLs. These tables can be further filtered/aggregated. But we don't have the hierarchical tables feature. Hope somebody…
-
Hi @Eyal Zmora , If you want to create this table manually (just merge several cells), then you don't need any macros: select your cells and choose to merge them from the menu. If you mean that you want to group your data, to create an aggregated pivot table like in Excel, then you'll need additional apps from the…
-
Hi @Arica Chan , Unfortunately I couldn't reproduce the issue. Here is how everything works for me: SELECT T1.'Project', T1.'Phase', T1.'Start Date', T1.'End Date', T1.'Completion Ratio', CONCAT(T1.'Project' + " | " + T1.'Start Date') as 'Project Combined' FROM T1 Please check if your version of the Table Filter and Charts…
-
Hi @Arica Chan , We can suggest trying the following workaround: set quarters as custom events. Hope this makes your chart more easy-to-read.
-
You should check the "Transpose the result table" option in the "Settings" tab. But I don't see it on your last screenshot - seems that you've got wrong tags and your hosting is not Cloud (then you'll have an up-to-date version of the app). For Server/Data Center the current version is 8.6.0 - please update. P.S. Does the…
-
Hi @Leona , Check this part of our documentation (the "Managing parameters of the macro" section) - transpose the result table.
-
Hi @Leona , As far as I can guess, the problem may be that you use the T1.'Column name' in the external SELECT. The internal SELECT works with the source table, modifies it and it's better not referred as T1 for other manipulations. Try to modify the query as: FORMATDATE(MAX('Due')) AS 'Summary' and WHERE 'Resolution' =…
-
The date format should correspond the format that you have in your table and in your query (see my example). I have "yy-mm-dd" format in three places: * the Table Transformer macro settings * the "Due" column * the date for comparison that is "2022-05-30" For your case, as your dates come from Jira, choose the "M dd, yy"…
-
Hi @Leona , Please try the following SQL query: SELECT * FROM T1 WHERE T1.'Status' IN ("To Do", "Won"+ CHAR(39) + "t Do") Hope this helps.
-
Hi @Leona , Try to use double quotes for your date: SELECT T1.'Due', T1.'Resolution' FROM T1 WHERE T1.'Resolution' = "Unresolved" AND T1.'Due' > "2022-05-30" Hope this helps.
-
The performance depends more on the number of issues that are returned by your Jira Issues macro and the number of other macros on top. Here we have one Table Transformer, so only one SQL query will be applied to the source table. And the SUM function just makes the initial SQL query look more neat and easy-to-read.
-
And pay attention to the obtained results: SELECT SUM(IF(T1.'Status' = "To Do", 1, 0)) AS 'Open' FROM T1 equals to the SELECT COUNT('Status' = "To Do") AS 'Open' FROM T1 WHERE T1.'Status' = "To Do" The simple changing of the function's name can lead to incorrect results (your conditions won't be taken into consideration).…
-
Hi @Leona , What do you mean by a better solution? I don't think that the change of the function will improve your performance or smth. By the way you can check all the available functions here.
-
Hi @Stacey Ropiha , We can also suggest trying our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. You'll be able to wrap your Page Properties Report into our Table Toolbox macro and create a sequence Page Properties Report <- Table Transformer <- Table Filter. With the help of the Table Transformer macro you'll be able to…
-
Hi @Dima , If your company uses our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app (it's a paid add-on that you can install from the Atlassian Marketplace), we can suggest hiding the unwanted column via the Table Filter macro. Wrap your Decision Report macro in the Table Filter macro and follow these simple steps: Hope this…
