Hi @Bart Hoegaerts , Maybe I've got the case wrong, but here is how it works for me: * the Table Spreadsheet macro is wrapped into the Table Excerpt macro * the Table Excerpt Include macro that refers to this Table Excerpt macro is wrapped into the Table Transformer macro * as a result, I see the table and the name of the…

Hi @Jonathan Abrahams , Speaking of 3rd party apps I can suggest looking into our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table from CSV macro. Maybe our macro will help your case. Besides the add-on is free for Cloud 1-10 users.
-
Hi @Dan Wilson , You may look how to do the cumulative count with the Table Transformer here. Not sure what you mean that the date turns back to string (you don't necessarily need to have real dates in the first column - you may have "New day 1", "New day 2", etc. and the cumulative count for the second column will be…

Hi @Sandhya Srinivasan , Maybe it will help if you collect all your tables for every workstream into one big table with the help of the Table Excerpt Include macro and show the page title as meta data? The Table Excerpt Include macro allows to do it, so if your page titles reflect the name of the workstream, you'll be able…
-
Hi @Holly Perry , Not sure about all the 3rd party apps, but our macros support dynamic standard Confluence tabular macros (for example, Jira Issues, Page Properties Report, Content Report Table, etc.) and several add-ons (for example, ConfiForms and Advanced Tables - these cases came from our customers). You may check…
-
Hi @Reth , Please check this community thread - it seems to be exactly what you need.
-
Hi @[deleted] , Not sure if your question is about Jira or Confluence due to your tags (if we talk about tables, then for me it looks more like Confluence). So at the moment there is no any out-of-the-box option to perform table calculations in Confluence, you may browse the Atlassian Marketplace for 3rd party apps. For…

Hi @Melissa , Please clarify which app you are using to filter your table - is it our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Filter macro or smth else? If it is our macro, then you may read about the free text filter, OR/AND and regular expressions here.
-
Hi @Rachel Male , We can suggest using our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macro: you'll be able to collect multiple-row tables along with the source page meta data.
-
Hi @Michael Green , If your company uses our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, you may try a workaround using its Pivot Table macro and the standard Jira Issues macro. You'll be able to show issues with dates in a tabular form coming from the Jira Issues macro and aggregate them against different time periods…

It was the dd M yy format for me that corresponds to the 16 Jun 2021, for example. Your format seems to be the same. This format should be present in the suggestions for the Table Transformer macro settings.
-
Hi @Noori Fathima , Please try to replace the "OUTER JOIN" expression in your query with the "LEFT JOIN" expression. It should help your case. Or you may use the Table Toolbox macro and additionally wrap the Table Transformer macro in the Table Filter macro and choose a reversed filter not to show empty cells from the T1…
-
The FORMATWIKI function works with the contents of the cell as a whole unit: you can color/make bold all the text but not specific strings (that are also different for every cell).
-
Hi @huangbin chen , We can suggest the following SQL query for your table: SELECT *, FORMATWIKI(REPLACE(T1.'Highlight',"||", "\n"+ "* " + "\n")) as 'Hightlight-formated' FROM T* I'm afraid that the multiple-level bullets that are shown on your screenshot are not possible to implement.
-
It means that the function is not working (and so is the initial query - it doesn't get the number for your WHERE condition) - update the app and check the results. If nothing helps, raise a support ticket like I've suggested above.
-
SELECT *, MONTH(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP) AS 'Month number' FROM T* This query will put the month number extracted from the current date in a separate column named 'Month number'. For me it goes as expected, and I get "6" in every cell.
-
Just set the date range filter on the required column with dates and type in the values manually: The date picker will appear and you'll see that the text values were recognized (don't choose the date from the date picker though, just leave the text value).
-
Yes, it should work: today <-> 1w selects the future week from today, -1w <-> today selects the previous week. But don't forget to go to the Table Filter macro settings (the Filtration tab) and set the corresponding date format: for 06 Jun 2022 it will be d M yy.
-
Hi @Ives Ziegler , As you use the Table Filter macro, I can suggest filtering not by statuses, but by dates. You may use such flexible date range filters as "today", "1w", "-1w", etc. to show rows with dates compared to the current date.
-
Hi @Bea Tea , If your company uses our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, you may use its Table Transformer macro to simply transpose the Page Properties Report macro. Just wrap your macro in the Table Transformer macro and check the required option (on the screenshot I transpose a manually created table but the…
-
It certainly may be so: there were at least 3 releases regarding the Table Transformer macro and its functions since your version. You may also check what the MONTH(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP) function returns (show it as a separate column). For me it works fine and returns 6 for every cell. So the comparison also works properly.…
-
Hi @Timur , I couldn't replicate the issue on our test Server instance: Please check which version of the app you are using - the current one is 8.7.1. Please update and check the query once more.
-
Our app is a paid one (though it is free for small Confluence Cloud instances 1-10 users). You may also try to search for other apps on the Marketplace, because there is no any out-of-the-box option to filter tables at the moment.
-
Hi @Rita Arellano , Please clarify which labels you mean: page labels or just a table with statuses that you need to filter and color based on some conditions? With the latter one our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app may help. Its Table Filter macro will do the filtration and here are several examples regarding…

It is possible to do on Server/Data Center, but Confluence Cloud doesn't support bodied macro nesting. For example, with the help of our Table Toolbox macro you'll be able to filter your source table, aggregate it and then visualize. The macro works like a shell to create macro sequences, for example, "table <- Table…
-
Hi @Djukic Haris , As a representative of the Stiltsoft team, I can suggest the following workaround with the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app: reuse your source table as many times as you need using the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros and then aggregate/visualize the reused table on other pages…
-
Hi @Tina Kastner , If your company uses our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, you may wrap its Table Filter macro on top of the Page Properties Report macro and use the "Freeze first N rows/columns" option.
-
Note that you need to include the column with anchors in the output of the Table Transformer macro. If this column is hidden or just used for transformation or smth, the anchors won't work.
-
Hi @Ellen Grace Henson , We can suggest trying our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. Its macros allow you to use data coming from the Jira Issues macro and create a dynamic Gantt Charts for your projects. Please check here for an example. Please note that for Cloud you won't be able to nest macros directly,…
-
Hi @David Anderson , The issue comes from the Cloud hosting - it's based on iFrames so the anchor macro wrapped into another macro can't be seen through the short link. The solution will be not to use short link #anchor_name while creating links on other pages, but to use the full link format, for…
