Hi @Mark Beggs , We can suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app. Our add-on includes the Table from CSV and the Table from JSON macros that allow you to recreate tables in Confluence from csv/tsv urls, Google Spreadsheets, attachments and from json urls, attachments respectively. All the changes made…

Hi @dnorthrup , You may try this standard query from our documentation: SELECT CASE WHEN T1.'Month' < "today" THEN FORMATWIKI("{cell:bgColor=red|textColor=yellow|align=center}"+ FORMATDATE(T1.'Month') + "{cell}") ELSE FORMATWIKI("{cell:bgColor=green|textColor=yellow|align=center}"+ FORMATDATE(T1.'Month') + "{cell}") END as…

Yes, it looks like something is wrong with the date output. Please, check this question about the date format https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/extracting-only-date-from-datetime/qaq-p/2145338 Then you may check what you receive by the now() function. All the three dates (current target, now () and…

Yes, try to look into Atlassian documentation regarding this point - such templates can also use instructional text (visible in the Edit mode to guide a user through the steps and invisible in the View mode). Besides your colleagues won't be able to delete the template accidentally. To filter a table by an empty cell is…

Not sure how you create your new pages - have you created a space template and add the Create from template macro on the parent page? Then you new pages will appear as child pages for the parent page and you won't see you template in the page tree.

Hi @Rachi Manwal , By the provided query I assume you are using the Table Transformer macro provided by our app that is Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. If this is so, go to the macro settings -> Settings tab -> Date format. Specify the desired output format. For example, "Sep 26 2022" corresponds the "M d yy"…

The option to show page links is included into the Table Excerpt Include macro - go to the "Show page meta data" field and choose to show "Page" (it will be the page title with a link of the page from which you collect this specific part of the big table). Also you may choose plenty of other information about your child…

Hi @Masymase , Glad that you've found a solution - this was my variant as well. Note that the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include and Table Filter macros are not default Confluence macros. They are provided by the app developed by our company - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. Happy that you use it for you instance.
-
By the initial border do you mean the one active cell that is always active by default? It is expected behaviour for the macro. We consider to improve the "Esc border" behaviour. But you may refer to our support team and describe the desired pattern - we have a roadmap for user requests, collect votes and implement new…

The correct behaviour should be applied to all the spreadsheets containing this function - its encore functionality was improved.

Hi @dnorthrup , The fix has been just released but it may take 1-2 days to get to all the Cloud instances. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi @Ann Knackstedt , As a representative of the Stiltsoft team that develops the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, I can suggest trying several options that our add-on provides: * You may have a separate page created for each item with the multiple-row table wrapped in the Table Excerpt macro * Then you collect…

Hi @alexander pataki , As we do not encounter similar requests from our customers at the moment, please raise a support ticket. Attach the page storage format (upper right corner -> menu ... -> View storage format) - we'll recreate exactly your page and look into the issue.
-
Hi @Eugene Maslov , Indeed our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Filter macro that was kindly mentioned by @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ allow you to freeze N first rows and/or columns. Maybe you'll be interested in a live demo from our team - please book a suitable time-slot here, we'll be happy to…
-
Hi @dnorthrup , I've managed to reproduce the issue and passed the request to our developers. Hope to notify you shortly about the results. Thank you for noticing and reaching out!
-
Hi @Eva Kröger , As I understand your case correctly, you collect these two tables via the Table Excerpt Include macro, tick the "Show as a report table" option... ... and get one big table where you need to sum values and group your data by the first column. In my example it will be a table where I have the departments…
-
You may try to use the @PAGETITLE function (returns the page title and should be present in the Transformer's autocomplete) - seems that it is exactly what you need.
-
As the Table Excerpt Include macro collects Table Excerpts by names and by labels if the "Pages with labels" option is chosen, you may check the names of the missing excerpts and the labels of the correspondent pages (typos, extra spaces, etc.).
-
So, for the first question please check the first part of this community thread https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Retrieve-text-only-from-table-cell/qaq-p/2124527 Here I show how to filter a table with the help of the Table Transformer macro: you may list not only one column, but list every column you…

Hi @dnorthrup , To pass information from the parent page to its child pages, we can suggest placing the master table with statuses wrapped into the Table Excerpt macro on this parent page. Then on every child page you will place the Table Excerpt Include macro and select your Table Excerpt from the parent page using the…

This post again https://stiltsoft.com/blog/how-to-create-reports-from-multiple-confluence-tables/ It's divided into steps and provides screenshots with highlighted settings.

From your screenshot I see that you use two Table Excerpt Include macros: one for the "members" Table Excerpt and the second for the "vacancy" Table Excerpt. If you want to combine several Table Excerpt Include macros (not the tables inside one Table Excerpt Include, but outputs of several different macros), wrap them both…

You went to the settings of the Table Excerpt macro. And you need to go to the Table Excerpt Include macro - the one that you use on your master page to collect several tables into one big report. You may check this post related to a similar…

So they are indeed our macros - Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include. Go to the Table Excerpt Include macro and check if the "Show as a report table" is ticked: If there are no any typos/extra columns in the header row, your separate tables will be merged into one big report. If you don't see the option, it means that your…
-
By the way, if your hosting is Cloud, it seems that the standard Excerpt macros have IDs (Excerpts' names) and can be pulled separately (not only the first one). For Server/Data Center this feature is not still introduced.
-
Hi @Gregory Muir , Our Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros can build combined reports with meta data from reused tables indeed, but you can pull paragraphs as well - the Table Excerpt Include macro will collect any data that is contained within the Table Excerpt macros. The "Table" part here is more of the brand:…
-
Hi @Rachi Manwal , You may use the option given by @Katerina Rudkovskaya _Stiltsoft_ on 25 Mar, 2021 with an additional Table Transformer and a mini-table.
-
Seems that the header rows look alike (I can see only 4 columns on the screenshot). But what macro do you use to combine these two tables into one big report?
-
Hi @Lore Sanchez , Please give us some details about the issue. Are you trying to collect several tables into one big report? Maybe you are using the standard Page Properties/Page Properties Report macros or our company's Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros? The main reason that your tables are not collected into…

Hi @Lisset Salazar , The fix for the =DATE() function has been released today - you may check its behavior. Please note that the new version of the app may take 1-2 days to reach all the Cloud instances.
