Hi @Nate Dickinson , I think I'm late due to the time zone difference, but wanted to note that your approach is right. To create several aggregated/visualized views of the same table, wrap it in the Table Excerpt macro and then reuse it as many times as you need via the Table Excerpt Include macros. These Includes can be…

Hi @Manouil Gioulountas , I've checked the behavior of the Table Excerpt Include <- Table Filter macro combination. For me the behavior is stable and performs as it is supposed: * the alignment inside the table columns stays as it is (if it was right, then right; if left, then left) * the calculated totals are always on…

Yes, all our macros are compatible. So, you can wrap your Table from JSON macro in the Table Transformer, Table Filter, Pivot Table macro, etc. and further transform, filter and aggregate your table.
-
You may use the standard Confluence HTML macro on the specific page, it's available for Server and Data Center.
-
Hi @Robert Wiesner , The issue was related to all of our macros that contained the Jira Issues macro inside their bodies. As for now, the fix is already into production and we believe that everything should be working fine again.
-
Hi @Colleen Gotling , Our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app is a big advanced add-on, so it's a paid one. But for Cloud 1-10 users it is free - maybe you'll be able to use it for your test/personal instance. All the results could be later exported in CSV/PDF for further processing.
-
@Shinde_ Mukund , We noticed similar behavior of the macro when it's working with the Jira Issues macro - the fix is ready and soon all the instances will be updated. Sorry for inconvenience.
-
Hi @Robert Wiesner , The issue comes from the Jira Issues macro, the fix is ready and the app will be updated soon for all the instances. Sorry for the inconvenience.
-
Hi @Shinde_ Mukund , Please create a support request here. Comment if your hosting type is Cloud, if the issue exists within one specific page or the whole instance in general, attach the page storage format - our team will try to investigate the problem.
-
Hi @Hazel MM , Some 3rd party apps will be able to help you indeed, but you need to clarify the use case. For example, I can suggest trying our add-on that is Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. If you need Excel functionality, you may embed its Table Spreadsheet macro. You may also import existing xlsx and csv files…

Unfortunately, nothing valuable from me here.

Hi @Rama As I've mentioned before, the Table Transformer macro works with the output of the Jura Issues macro. Maybe you need to rephrase the question (create another one) and ask it more specifically regarding the Jira Issues macro only. The original statement "When i try to wrap in table transformer macro, the epic link…
-
Hi @Rama , We haven't got any other issues from our customers about the inconsistent behavior of the Table Transformer macro. Unless you do any transformations, the untouched columns should appear in exactly the same way as they are shown via "pure" Jira Issues macro. So, please, check what version of the Table Filter and…
-
Hi @Nataliia.Kasatkina , If we are talking about Confluence (not Jira!) and you need to filter/aggregate its Jira Issues macro on the fly to present results in a more efficient way, we can suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app. The add-on fully supports the dynamically changing Jira Issues macro.
-
Hi @Alex von poncet , The mentioned Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app is our add-on - it seems that you've found this Community question regarding adding manual comments to the Jira Issues macro. Unfortunately, we don't have any better solution for your case than the one you've described.
-
Still can't find the root of the issue: to show the difference beautifully I skipped showing several columns from the beginning of the query - then the width of the table on my screen allows to take a good screenshot. So here is my source table with dummy data wrapped in the Table Transformer macro: Here is my query…
-
Please refer to our support - attach the screenshot of your table and the full SQL query from the Table Transformer macro. Smth small is missing, we'll copy exactly your code and "play" with the query to resolve the issue.
-
Hi @Jason Dyke , Seems that your solution is right: try to remove the first "\n" character from the query. Then it worked as was supposed for my test table. FORMATWIKI((sum("[" + T1.'TER Key' + "|https://code.waters.com/jira/browse/" + T1.'TER Key' + "]\n" + "[ (DIR " + T1.'SAP DIR' + ")" +…
-
It is supposed to be so because we create a native Confluence link as a workaround. The standard @ symbol won't be recognized by the Table Transformer macro as a functional user @mention.
-
Oh, I see - unfortunately it can't be done naturally. The @ symbol won't be recognized. I can suggest the following workaround: SELECT *, CASE WHEN T1.'Project' LIKE "%Pr1%" THEN FORMATWIKI("[Kovriga|" + "https://confluence.stiltsoft.com/display/~kkovriga" + "]") END AS 'Person' FROM T* Here you create the full link to the…
-
Hi @Noori Fathima , The Table Transformer macro supports the @CURRENTUSER variable, for example, in a query like this: SELECT CASE WHEN T1.'Col A' LIKE "%China%" THEN @CURRENTUSER END AS 'New' FROM T* Here if the string in the column "Col A" includes "China", then my name will be assigned to this row in the "New" column.…
-
Hi @Spencer Cai , I'm here with an update regarding your feature request. Please update the app to the current version that is 9.1.0: you'll have an option to show text without borders for the Table Transformer and Pivot Table macros (the Options tab -> Show result as plain text). Hope this helps.
-
Hi @ofiryariv , As @Dave Mathijs has kindly mentioned, the Table Filter, Pivot Table, Chart from Table, etc. macros come with our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app. This add-on is a 3rd party app developed by our team that is Stiltsoft Europe. The app is available for Cloud/Server/Data Center and should be…
-
Hi @lilly zur , If your hosting type is Server/Data Center, you may use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Filter macro to freeze several rows in the edit mode as well. For Confluence Cloud this feature works only in the page view mode due to the Cloud editor limitations.
-
It seems to be our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app - the screenshot refers to our Table Filter macro and its new UI (starting with ver. 9.0.0 for Server/Data Center and release 02.08.2022 for Cloud).
-
Hi @Markus Pöhler , Please refer to our support (it's based on the Jira Service Desk and it's confidential). Attach your page storage format (upper right corner -> menu ... -> View Storage Format). We'll recreate exactly your macros with SQL queries and look into the issue. The Page Properties Report macro won't be…
-
Hi @Bhavyesh Parekh , Please refer to our support. We don't have such issue reported globally, so it seems to be a local issue that needs investigation. Please specify what Confluence version you use and what browsers/versions replicate the issue. At the moment you may check if the version of the app is up-to-date - the…
-
Hi @jacque_french , Go to the Table Transformer macro settings: Settings tab -> Transpose Source Tables or Transpose Result Table. With these options your source or result tables automatically change their view from Column Headers to Row Headers (or vice versa). Hope this may help your case.
-
Hi @Jason Liu , There may be issues due to the Sharepoint security policy. Please refer to our support, they will check the issue and try to help.

An update for everybody who uses our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app - our new Table Spreadsheet macro allows you to edit content from the page view mode.
