Hi @Rutuja Jadhav , You may also use our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. The add-on provides the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros that are an advanced version of the standard Excerpt/Excerpt Include macros and allow you to have several excerpts on the one page and choose which exact excerpts to…

Hi @Stephanie Hurt , We can suggest trying our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. Its Table from CSV macro allows you to create tables in Confluence from attachments/URLs/Google Sheets and further you'll be able to visualize your data (our Chart from Table macro supports dynamic tables and all the changes made…

Hi @Eswar Prasad , We can suggest trying our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. The app works with the Jira Issues macro and allows you to create Jira dashboards right in Confluence. Maybe the Burndown chart or Velocity chart will come in handy.
-
Hi @Gerry Bolger and @Christian , You can add manually created columns to your Jira Issues macro with the help of the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Transformer macro - see my second answer from this thread.
-
Scroll to the bottom of the tab - your screenshot shows the upper half of the window.
-
You should look for it in the Filtration tab: And check the version of the app - the current one is 7.9.16. The filters in headers were introduced in the 6.0.0 version (25.09.2020).
-
Have you tried the Table Headers view of the macro? Maybe it will be better for you case than the panel.
-
No, there is no any way to allow users to see the filters on the panel but to deny them to remove/add new filters.
-
Yes, that's the point - if you hide the panel, your colleagues won't be able to change the filters' inputs and/or accidentally remove the filters from the panel. If they need to change something, they go to the page edit mode -> Table Filter macro settings and set all the changes there. If this option is not suitable, I…

Hi @BB GG , I assume you use the Table Filter macro provided by the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app. The macro settings allow you to change the display filter view and you can hide the filtration panel after configuring all of your filters.

It's a Community issue - copy the link and paste it directly to the browser address bar.

It seems to us that the case is not in the Pivot Table macro (and we use this specific macro for such case) - if you have 200 entries in the original table and, for example, an average number of 5 linked issues in each cell, it gives us a 1000 row table that is a really big table, especially for Confluence Cloud. Besides…
-
Hi @Katie L , Please check this recent question - the last answer given by me on the 17th of September. The first three screenshots relate to your case - a similar table wrapped into the Pivot Table macro (through the Table Toolbox macro cause it is Cloud and we had nested macros) and the two screenshots of the Pivot Table…
-
Hi @Muhammed Cihad Akkaya , We can suggest browsing the Marketplace - it seems that there should be even free apps that allow you to create good-looking tables from CSV files/URLs/Google Docs. So, you'll be able to update your local table and all the changes will be reflected on the Confluence page. As for our own app…

Hi @Kántor Tibor , Here I am with an alternative solution from our developers: they suggest setting up a new method for the htmlDecode string (globally or via the HTML macro). The query for the HTML macro: <script> String.prototype.htmlDecode = function() { var doc = new DOMParser().parseFromString(this, "text/html");…

Hi @Jeff Boekelman , The Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros' permissions replicate the permissions of the source page. If the person isn't allowed to view the Page A, then they won't be able to see its excerpt on the available Page B. This comes in handy, for example, if you need to restrict certain table columns…
-
Now I see why you couldn't use the simple Pivot macro and the second table for your case - I didn't think about the empty Epics, decided that maybe you merge the tables to somehow reuse them further or smth. What concerns the first query, I've shared the case with our developers - if they come up with a better/shorter…
-
Hi @Astrid Boeckelmann , Please clarify what app do you use to filter your tables and what hosting (Cloud/Server/Data Center) do you have? Our team provides the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app - its Table Filter macro allows you to filter your tables. Is this the macro that causes your issue? Everything works…
-
Hi @Chris Jackson , The Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app concentrates mostly to replace the tandem "Excel+Confluence", so that you don't need to switch between two separate systems: you can filter data, create pivots, perform calculations and create advanced graphs right in Confluence. The next big feature on our…
-
Hi @Kántor Tibor , Please, give us the screenshot (or a manually created table with dummy data) of your second Jira Issues table where you have correct Epic Names, related issues and their statuses. Maybe we'll be able to count different statuses regarding only this table? For example, create a Gantt chart as it is shown…
-
Hi @Paulius Ragauskas , The standard Excerpt/Excerpt Include macros have several limitations, so we can suggest looking for some apps on the Atlassian Marketplace. For example, one of our apps (that is Table Filter and Charts for Confluence) provides the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros. The macros allows you to…
-
Hi @Rick Lewis If you have the possibility to somehow pull your data in CSV or JSON format, then you can browse the Atlassian Marketplace for the apps that allow you to create tables based on such files (I think there even will be free add-ons). Our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence - is generally used for…
-
That is a correct behavior for the macro - I think I've misunderstood your original post. The case is to make big tables smaller and easy-to-read. But if you don't need vertical scrollbars, your should set the table height as a really big number or not to use any macros at all.
-
Hi @Michael Mollath , The Poll Maker for Confluence is our app and we've fixed your issue - please, check it out.
-
Hi @preeti arun , We can suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Filter macro. The macro allows you to freeze first N rows/columns and specify the table height - so your headers, for example, will be always sticky and you'll get a vertical scroll bar. Or you may also use pagination -…
-
Hi @Leanna Bremenkamp , We can suggest trying our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. The app provides the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros that allow you to collect multiple-row tables and show a great variety of page meta data: * parent page * space * labels * excerpt * author * last modifier *…
-
Hi @Penny Crane , The native Confluence macro that I can come up with is the Content Report Table. But it covers your case partly: it shows the page title, creator and the modified date. As far as I know, it doesn't show the creation date of the page, so you'll be able to filter and count your data only by the whole number…
-
Hi @Kim Harris , Our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app allow you to create Jira dashboards right in Confluence based on the standard Jira Issues macro. Here you can see a lot of examples of such dashboards based on the use cases from our customers - maybe they will suit your case and you may always create your own…
-
Hi @Sheela Lokesh , The standard Confluence macros for such case are the Excerpt/Excerpt Include macros. If it happens so that you use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, note that it provides a more advanced version of these macros - Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include. The macros collect both tabular and…
-
Hi @Piotr Palka , The video you've mentioned above was created for Confluence Server/Data Center. For Cloud you should use the Table Toolbox macro to nest several macros due to the new Cloud editor limitations. Here is a page screenshot in the edit mode: the Table Excerpt Include macro is wrapped only into the Table…
