Hi @Oscar Reibner , You'll need to install additional apps for such case. We can offer our add-ons: * Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app: you have a big table with requests and their statuses. The source table is reused several times with the help of the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros. Each reused table…

Hi @emagnun , Check the settings of your Table Transformers -> Decimal places. You may have "2" there (if earlier you used macros with this precise settings, the current macro may catch it).
-
@emagnun , Maybe this query will work smoothly for you: SELECT T1.'Sprint / Status' AS 'Sprint', COALESCE(T1.'Count TO DO', T2.'TO DO') AS 'TO DO', COALESCE(T1.'Count IN PROGRESS', T2.'IN PROGRESS') AS 'IN PROGRESS', COALESCE(T1.'Count DONE', T2.'DONE') AS 'DONE' FROM T1 LEFT JOIN T2 ON T1.'Sprint / Status' = T2.'Sprint'
-
Does it work when the first table returns the "In progress" column? For me the query pastes an empty column but the result is somehow messed up when the first column contains the related column.
-
Then I don't get your use case - what do you suppose to keep in these two columns? And what is supposed to happen when the columns with the same names appear in the table via the Jira Issues macro? As I understand from your SQL query, you want to somehow create an extra column (or columns according to the set of your…

Hi @emagnun , You may try to wrap both of your tables (or Table Excerpts) subsequently into the Table Transformer and then into the Table Filter macro. Then you look up your tables with the help of the Table Transformer macro: SELECT T1.'Sprint / Status' AS 'Sprint name', * FROM T1 LEFT JOIN T2 ON T1.'Sprint / Status' =…

Hi @Franz Kircher , If you use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app along with the ConfiForms app, you may try to export the data from your ConfiForms tables using our macros - seems that the CSV export will suit your case.
-
Hi @Anna Szabó , You may add additional columns for your extra variables to the second table: Here is your modified SQL query: SELECT T1.* FROM T1 WHERE T1.'Name' = (SELECT T2.'Variable 1' FROM T2) OR T1.'Name' = (SELECT T2.'Variable 2' FROM T2) And here is the result: Hope this helps your case.

Hi @Spirit Super , We can suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Transformer macro. Wrap your Jira Issues macro into the Table Transformer macro: Here I use a simple manually created table, but our macros understand all the dynamically changing tabular Confluence macros such as Jira…

Hi @Andy Prouty , Maybe it happens so that you use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app along with the Advanced Tables for Confluence? These apps are compatible, and our customers often have both of them. If this is so, you may try the Table from JSON macro - it also helps to output JSON data from URLs and show…
-
We also can suggest our Handy Macros for Confluence app and it's Handy Status macro that allows you to change statuses (options) within the pre-defined set on your Confluence pages without continuous transitions to the page edit mode. The app is a paid one but you'll have free 1-month trial and get other useful macros…
-
Hi @Fred Robillard , If it happens so that you use the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence (it's our add-on), the Chart from Table macro provides an option to export your graph as an image.
-
Hi @a_rozhkov , The Excerpt Include macro for Confluence Cloud was modified by the Atlassian team and now you can choose not only the Page name but the name of the Excerpt as well. So, you need to give two different names for your Excerpts located on the same page. If the tags of your question are messed up and you have…
-
Hi @emagnun , I've consulted with our developers, and they provided me with a better solution for your case based on the two Table Transformer macros: Here is the SQL query for the first Table Transformer macro that is inside: SELECT *, 'Features Planned' / (SELECT SUM(T1.'Features Planned') FROM T1) * 100 AS 'Sprint…
-
Hi @Peter Hache , We can also suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros. You'll be able to collect multiple excerpts (text, tables with many rows, etc.) from the same page, page and child pages, page and all descendants and pages with labels.
-
I've thought that you did everything right as you attached a screenshot with the shortly renamed colums.) Here is a similar question where it is shown that you can list your columns in a certain order via the Table Transformer and they will be shown in that precise order. What concerns the new markets and manual correction…
-
You mean that the "Preserve default sorting" option for the Pivot Table doesn't work for this case? It ssems that's because your table is a complex one, we have a remark that "Default sorting is available only in the pivot tables with one column selected as row labels".
-
With such multi-dimensional pivot the format will be ruined - the Table Transformer may combine the merged cells in the headers and you'll get smth like 'Literal of OTA Markets US'. And you'll need another query to rename your colums and define their sequence - my previous answer covers the rows sorting. Can you please…
-
By the way, one of a wide spread use cases for the Table Transformer on top of the Pivot table macro is to rename the automatically generated columns with long names such as "Sum of something". And what for do you use your first Table Transformer? That is wrapped in the Pivot Table macro?
-
Yes, of course - the Table Transformer macro sees output of the Pivot Table macro as a regular table, it won't ruin anything. I mean that you can create different combinations with our macros - they work with the previous level only. For example, you have a big manually created table with, let's say, 100 rows. You wrap it…
-
The first two macros that I've mentioned in my first reply - Jira Issues and Jira Chart - will transit information from your Jira instance to your Confluence instance. You need to configure them and see the live data from Jira on your Confluence page.
-
The Pivot Table macro sorts data alphabetically by default. So, I suggest using the Table Transformer on the top of the Pivot Table macro to assign a custom sorting order.
-
Here we used the Table Filter macro only to hide the additional column with numbers used for sorting. The standard sorting of the Table Filter macro allows you to sort into ascending or descending order - I see that it is not the case, cause you want to display US, Canada and Mexico (not the standard C-M-U or U-M-C…
-
Hi @emagnun , The Table Transformer macro doesn't allow you to refer to specific cells, it operates with table columns. Of course, you'll be able to count the cumulative totals via the Pivot Table macro or the Table Transformer macro, but I'm afraid that such formulas where you use any previously calculated cells from the…
-
Hi @Sudhir Dharani , Your may try the standard Jira Issues and Jira Chart macros. For more complex dashboards you may try to search for additional apps on the Atlassian Marketplace. For example, here you can find several dashboards created with the help of our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. All the tables…
-
Hi @navya talla , Maybe our app that is Table Filter and Charts for Confluence will suit your case. The add-on provides the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros which may help you to collect multiple-row tables from your child pages on the parent page into one big combined report. Then you may filter the result…
-
Hi @Dolly Kirubavathi , The Pivot Table macro sorts your items alphabetically, but it seems that your need your own custom sorting. So, here is a workaround - I'm not sure if you have Server or Cloud, so for the first option just nest your macros directly and for the second option use the Table Toolbox macro (other steps…
-
Hi @James Park , I assume this is a duplicate question for this thread - the Table Filter macro (and other macros related to the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app) doesn't have any specifically set limitations of the number of table rows/columns. You have Confluence Cloud - there are several posts in the Community…
-
Hi @Amroz , I assume you use Team Calendars to track Jira releases. Maybe you should try to visualize your projects and releases with the help of the Gantt chart? The standard Chart macro supports this type of graph, and we can suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Chart from Table macro…

Hi @Bhalchandra Wagle , Thanks for reaching out - we check the related to our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence team questions but I guess there was a delay due to the time zones difference. Glad that everything works fine now! If you come across any difficulties in the future, don't hesitate to post your question…
