Thank you for reaching out! Glad that I was able to help (partly, of course, but still).

We have a pattern how to preserve original formatting inside cells - you may check here for an example (change pluses to commas while applying new colors or smth). But for your case the problem is that you merge several cells into one big cell, so it is not the original cell anymore. And the Table Transformer macro sees…

Hi @Spencer Cai , As for now we have only one workaround with the Table Filter macro. Access your Table Transformer in the edit mode and check the following option: This will transpose the table the following way: Wrap your configuration with Table Filter: In Table Filter Settings enable "Hide Columns" in the "Filters"…
-
Hi @Gohil Jay , I've also consulted with our developers, they told me that the FORMATDATE() option returns strings and not the real dates. So you don't need the internal Table Transformer to create another column with dates, you may use the simplified query from the external Table Transformer macro as it is: SELECT CASE…
-
Hi @Taimoor Fayyaz , You can nest the Table Excerpt Include macro in the Table Toolbox macro. The nesting of the Table Toolbox macro inside the Table Excerpt macro is not possible at the moment because these two macros have bodies and can't be wrapped into each other.
-
Hi @Solai Kannan , If we are talking about totals on every level, then I assume you mean the Pivot Table macro. Go to the Options tab and choose to hide totals: If you mean the Table Filter macro, then go to the Table View tab and check the settings for the total row and column there:

If the tags of the question don't lie and you are on Cloud, then you definitely have this option. If you are on Server/Data Center, the only reason you don't see this option is that your version of the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app is rather old. The current version is 8.1.1, please update.
-
Hi @Gohil Jay , It seems that the Table Transformer macro doesn't understand the FORMATDATE("13.12.2021") value, so the comparison works incorrectly. Please try to use the following workaround: In the internal Table Transformer macro we are making sure that our dates have the right format and that the comparison date is…
-
Hi @Nicholas , You may use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Pivot Table macro (our macros support the outcome of the Jira Issues macro as a source table): Hope this may help your case.
-
Hi @Jimmy Petersson , You may use the Pivot Table macro for this case: Put the story Key column with unique values as the second one to group your table: Now go to the Table Filter macro and hide the last column: The result table can even still be filtered through the Filtration panel view (Filtration tab -> Filters'…

I've tried to reproduce the issue (maybe a little bit simplified, but the structure looks similar to yours): SELECT FORMATWIKI(SUM('Total' + "\n")) AS 'Total New' FROM (SELECT CASE WHEN 'RN' IN (1,5,9) THEN "P1" WHEN 'RN' IN (2,6,10) THEN "P2" WHEN 'RN' IN (3,7,11) THEN "P3" WHEN 'RN' IN (4,8,12) THEN 'Total cases' END AS…

Hi @Pauline Ioannou , The Table Transformer macro is based on the AlaSQL library, so the OVER PARTITION functions are not supported. We can suggest the following workaround (the first screenshot was taken for Server/Data Center, note that for Cloud you'll need the Table Toolbox macro to nest several macros): As you can…

And may I see the source table? I see from the query that you use plenty of columns where you try to sum up values and on the screenshot I see a noname column with numbers, text and empty cells. It looks like a result column or smth.
-
Hi @Christopher Shorb , We can suggest trying our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. Its Table Transformer macro may help you to look up the automatically generated table coming from the Jira Issues macro and a plain manually created Confluence table into one report. Please check the second part of this…
-
Hi @Karthika_Natarajan , Please give us the full screenshot of the source table and the full SQL query you are using to help with the issue.
-
Hi @Karthika_Natarajan , The values and sometimes labels are not shown on the Pie Chart by default when your sectors are very small (several per cents only). Try to use the Column Chart for such cases instead.
-
Hi @Madison Small , The Table Transformer macro sees the source table as a mini SQL database, so it can merge cells into one big cell by joining their contents. If we leave a border, then they will be counted as two separate cells and you won't get an aggregated table at all. Maybe it will be easier to read your table when…
-
Hi @Ripanjot Aneta , I've consulted with our developers and they told me that the most recent fix version for Cloud that was released yesterday could possibly fix the issue with the format. I assume by the question tags that you are on Cloud - am I right? It may take 1-3 days for all the instances to get the current…

Maybe try to raise a support ticket with Atlassian - we also use Confluence Cloud in our company (new editor) and it seems to be working for us. Also check if this is a global issue for the whole company (to exclude some browser cache issues or smth - this is not likely but the behavior is really strange).
-
Hi @Lutz Hoffmann , It seems to me that there was some issue with sorting for the Page Properties Report macro but it was solved and I'm not aware of any new issues. Do you have other Page Properties Report macros in your Confluence? Are they working correctly? Try to transpose your source tables horizontally and see if…
-
Hi @veerapindi satyanarayana , If you use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app in your company, you may use its Pivot Table and Chart from Table macros to create Jira charts in Confluence based on the standard Jira Issues macro, The Jira Issues macro is fully supported by our macros, and you'll be able to create…
-
Hi @Candice , Are we talking about our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Filter macro? For Server/Data Center you really can show filters in the Edit mode. If this is the case, I'm afraid that the filters are not personal and other users will see them as well.
-
Hi @Esteban Borja Lopez , I can suggest using the following SQL query for the initial case: SELECT "Number of entries" AS '', SUM(IF(T1.'Project' = "Project 1", 1, 0)) AS 'Project 1', SUM(IF(T1.'Project' = "Project 2", 1, 0)) AS 'Project 2', SUM(IF(T1.'Project' = "Project 3", 1, 0)) AS 'Project 3' FROM T1 And you may also…
-
Hi @fatemeh moradian , Maybe our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app will do? It supports the standard Jira Issues macro and helps you to filter/aggregate your issues on the fly from the page view mode without changing any JQL queries. Here are several examples of the live Jira dashboards from our team. The only…
-
Hi @Dolly Kirubavathi , We can suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Chart from Table macro (Gantt chart to be exactly): Hope this may help your case.
-
Hi @Linda Wong , If you use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app in your instance, you may freeze rows/columns and set the desired table height via the Table Filter macro. You may read here about the settings. What concerns the standard sticky headers, it's hard for me to tell why you are facing this issue. Try…
-
Hi @Ripanjot Aneta , Please clarify which app do you use to create spreadsheets in Confluence. Is it our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Spreadsheet macro or smth else? Does this behavior repeat on other pages for other spreadsheet macros with different data?
-
That's great! Thank you for reaching out!
-
Hi @davin , If you use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, you may try to filter the result TableView macro using date periods (1m, 2w, today,...) via the Table Filter macro as well:
-
Hi @Adam Jawad , You may try our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. Its macros, for example, Pivot Table that suits your case, support Page Properties Report macro as a source table for different manipulations. Here is our documentation that provides several examples of amplifying the standard Page Properties…
