  • Hi, I think issue you are encountering was caused by an incident with Amazon Web servers, which had failures with their DNS causing attachments stored in AWS to fail in Trello. If you're still not seeing them, you may need to flush your DNS cache first which you can do by following the procedure described…
  • Hi Ben, In Butler, board buttons and rules are different: A board button's actions will run when you press it. A rule's actions will run when its trigger happens. You don't define any triggers when defining a board button. Can you explain what kind of board button you're trying to make? Perhaps I can help you there. Jireh
  • Hi Sarah, How are you enabling Butler? Are you seeing in the power-up directory (the view that appears when you click "Add Power-Up" on the board side menu)? Do you see the Butler board button at the top right? Or the "Butler: Automate cards and more..." section in the board side menu?
  • Thank you Margaret. If for any other reason you can't reach the contact form, you can email support@trello.com for any issues.
  • Hi Ian, When you say the card keeps going back to the bottom of the list (I'm assuming even if it wasn't at the bottom initially), it makes me think someone has set up a rule making Butler do that. Can you see if there are any other users setting up Butler rules that are making cards go to the bottom of the list? Jireh

  • Hi Margaret, Your understanding is correct, you should be able to activate 1 power-up. Can you fill out a support contact form? Go to https://trello.com/contact and click "Ask Trello Support". You can just copy and past what you've written here in your message. Be sure to click "Give Trello support staff temporary access…
  • Hi Dolapo, Could you please email this to support@trello.com? We are currently collecting information about users being unable to see attached images. You can send them exactly what you've written here. Thanks. Jireh
  • Hi awesomechristo, Sorry to hear you're having issues. I appreciate your thoroughness in testing and gathering information. Could you please email support@trello.com about this? You can send them exactly what you've written here. Thanks! Jireh
  • Daniel, My mistake, I meant to ask for any browser console error messages that might have appeared when you open a board with the bugged image, and open the card with the bugged images. Here are directions on how to open the browser console:…
  • Yes, you can do that with card buttons. You can set up the card button to send an email with the checklist information using the variable {cardcheckliststate}. You can look at other available variables to send in the email here: https://help.trello.com/article/1157-variables. Let me know if you need me to clarify anything.
  • Unfortunately, I don't think there is a functionality to do this in one rule. What I can suggest is that every member create this rule for themselves, so each member will have an identical rule, but the email to send to will be their own. I hope that's an adequate solution for your problem.
  • You can connect the report and the email by using the {$report} variable within the same command. Here is a screenshot showing what to do. Does that make sense? Please let me know if I should clarify further.
  • Hi Jared, Just to confirm, are you on the web browser version of Trello? Email to Board settings are not available on the mobile app. To navigate the the Email to Board settings, go to the board menu by clicking the "Show Menu" button at the top right of any board. Then click "more". From there you should see the Email to…
  • Hi Daniel, Could you post a screenshot of any error logs that appear when you refresh a board, and when you open a card with the missing image?
  • Hi Mac, Fortunately, Butler can do exactly that! For a quick how-to, refer to Butler's "Create a Report" functionality: https://help.trello.com/article/1192-creating-reports-with-butler
  • On Chrome it is Command + Option + J (Mac) or Control + Shift + J (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS). On Firefox it is Ctrl+Shift+J (or Cmd+Shift+J on a Mac). Make sure you're on the "Console" tab of the view that opens. Enable card repeater, then refresh the page. Additionally, have you tried any other Power-Ups? Maybe try Map…
  • Hi Jordan, Could you try disabling then re-enabling the power-up? If that doesn't work, can you see if there are any console errors when you refresh the page when card-repeater is enabled?
  • Wow! That is a lot of errors. I would email support@trello.com, and link them to this thread. They'll be equipped to help you out.
  • Hi Alex, You can add members of your board to a card by going to the card back and clicking the "Members" button on the right side. Adding a member will put their profile picture on the card front and back. If you would like to assign people to individual tasks in a card, I would suggest using a checklist. Inside the…
  • Can you try uploading images, but check the web browser console for any error logs? First, open your web browser's console. On Chrome it is Command + Option + J (Mac) or Control + Shift + J (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS). On Firefox it is Ctrl+Shift+J (or Cmd+Shift+J on a Mac). Make sure you are on the "Console" tab of the…
  • Hi Hussam, Very glad to hear you are loving Trello so far! As for your problem, that's definitely an interesting one. I can't say there's an easy solution. I don't believe there's a way for a card to scroll you to a certain list. My suggestion is that you can use multiple boards. Perhaps not one for each subtopic, but…
  • Hi Silviya, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with attaching images to cards. Have you tried creating a new board and attaching an image to a card there? And could you try uploading different images as well? Jireh
  • Hi Sofie, If I understand your problem correctly, you want to grab all the "October" lists from your customer's boards, and sync them with a "To do October" list on your teams' board, correct? If Unito has not worked for you, you can try Butler. Butler is Trello's automation tool that you can access through its board…
  • Hi Tiffany, To remove a label on a card, go to the card back and select the label. You will see a list of labels available. The labels that are currently on this card will be checked. Click on the checked labels to take them off.
  • Hi Paula, could you elaborate further on your issue? Are you saying that every time you create a card, a new checklist is being added to it automatically? Or are you adding these checklists manually to the card?
  • @Stefan Kauling Ah, I see you're using BigPicture, which is a Trello Power-Up! Power-Ups are like plugins you can enable on your boards to give your board all sorts of cool and useful functionality, such as these charts you're using right now. I'm not familiar with BigPicture myself, but maybe the documentation can help…
  • @carrie_eandm Hi Carrie, I'm pleased to say that our team is working on a fix now, and hopefully it will be rolled out soon. In the mean time, you can perform workarounds like refreshing the page or editing the card to turn them from templates into normal cards. We are testing new features at Trello all the time. We…
  • Hi Kevin, Trello has Power-Ups, which are like plugins that can be activated on your boards. Many power-ups also serve as integration tools with other apps. Feel free to search for a Power-Up that can serve your needs: https://trello.com/power-ups Jireh
  • Hi Stefan, What exactly is depicted in your screenshot? Is it a Power-Up or some other Trello integration?
