  • @Dennis Rietmann Quick question, did the trello links ever work in the new view for you? As in they only recently stopped appearing? Or have they never appeared for you at all in the new view?
  • Thanks for those screenshots, they are super helpful. My first impression is that this something the Jira team would need to handle on their side. It might be worth posting this on the Jira forums if you haven't already. In the meantime, I'll see if I can reach out to folks on my side to get visibility on this. Jireh
  • Hey @Dennis Rietmann Sorry to hear that you're having this issue. Could you provide a screenshot of what the linked Trello cards on your issues looked like, or where you expect them to be? I just want to confirm where the problem is. Thanks, Jireh
  • @Justine Pollet Thank you for chiming in. Feedback like this is super important to us because it helps us quantify what features are important to Trello users. If many customers like yourself are reporting that this is a major inconvenience to your team, we can more easily prioritize work for the fix.
  • EDIT: The issue is fixed now. The start day of calendar-like views like the Calendar View or the card date picker is dependent on your Trello or Atlassian account locale. Please see https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Trello-new-version-Calendar-start-week-on-Monday/qaq-p/1589872#M42044 (Original message…
  • @Jen Jackson Thanks for reporting back! That definitely seems like weird behavior. BigPicture is a 3rd party Power-Up and is not maintained by Trello, so I would encourage you to reach out to them if you'd like to report this issue.
  • @Jen Jackson Hi Jen, sorry to hear you're having issues. Can you check if this behavior happens on a fresh board? If not, there's several possibilities I can think of that might be adding due dates back. * Butler rule * Power-Up * 3rd party App (e.g. a bot of some sort) * Another user on your board/team. Also, Can you…
  • Hi, could you try 1. clearing cookies, sessions storage, and localStorage set by `github.trello.services`? 2. Seeing if this issue is reproduce-able on other browsers? These steps should help narrow down the issue.
  • Hi everyone, After some investigation I believe we have fixed the problem. No action is needed on your part. Unfortunately there was an error in providing proper versioning to some browsers, so some browsers would receive the correct version of the Power-Up, and others would receive an outdated version. Please comment here…
  • Hi everyone, I'm Jireh and I'm a developer here on Trello. I'm sorry to hear that you're running into issues with GitHub. We're working on trying to diagnose the issue. The screenshots and console logs are extremely helpful to us, so please continue to provide them when you can. Just to give some context, all of the issues…
  • Hi Matt, We had another user facing a similar problem and managed to fix it by deleting cookies and local storage set by the domain "github.trello.services". If you are on Chrome, you can do that by going to "chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=github.trello.services" and pressing "Remove All". After doing that, please…
  • Hi Colin, Thanks for those screenshots. While I am still investigating the issue, I do have a theory. It's possible to receive a 400 error from a server if the cookies in the request header are too large. And judging from the screenshot you provided, it's possible that this is happening. Could you try deleting all cookies…
  • Hi Colin, Thanks for reporting this problem. We've had similar reports before and are working hard to figure out the problem. If you've contacted support, they maybe have asked you to try things like clearing your browser cache, or removing personal settings on the Power-Up and re-authing. If none of those worked, could…
  • Hi Michelle, I would send a ticket to our support team at trello.com/contact. Give them the name of your team and board, and they can try to help you restore it. However, if the board is truly deleted (and not just archived), then I'm afraid the board might be unrecoverable.
  • Hi Amy! Let me introduce you to Power-Ups. Power-Ups are apps created by either Trello or third party developers that you can enable on your boards. They provide additional functionality or product integration that Trello may not have by itself. Help article about…
  • Just to be clear, there is a difference between an email telling you that you've been invited to the board, and an email asking you to confirm your email address with your trello/atlassian account. When you say your team members are "unable to sign in", do you mean they can't sign into their accounts? Or they can't get…
  • Hi Stewart, I would try these things: 1. Get your members to confirm their email addresses with their accounts. 2. Add your members to your team. You can do that by going to your home dashboard, clicking on your team on the left, clicking "members", then pressing the green "Invite Team Members Board". 3. Once they are…
  • Okay, I'm going to go step by step of what I saw in your video, with timestamps: 0: I see you have a card button created called "Move2Done" 07: I see you remove (i.e. delete) that card button. 25: You go to the Automation tips and click "add" on one of the suggested buttons. This takes you to the button creation screen…
  • You can try checking the activity by opening the menu on the right, and seeing if any of your board members accidentally archived lists/cards. I personally have accidentally archived cards by pressing "c" when my mouse is hovering over one.
  • Can you try a completely new board? Don't copy one from a template or another board. See if the behavior still happens. Templates often come with Butler rules and Power-Ups, so you may be copying that over when you use a template, which could be causing this behavior.
  • That is definitely weird behavior. If you create a new, personal board, are you able to recreate the behavior? Or does it seem to only happen on certain boards or certain cards?
  • No, Slack is not needed to use Trello. We have cool integration tools you can check out to use Slack and Trello together, though. If I remember correctly, a team can have 4000 members.
  • Hi Cassandra, have you checked that you don't have any Power-Ups or Butler rules that could be adding due dates to your cards? Also, be sure to check your internet connection. It's possible that your request to remove a due date from a card did not complete correctly. If you see a red or yellow status bar at the top right…
  • Hi Amanda, do you have any Power-Ups or Butler rules that could be moving your cards?
  • Are you still having trouble? You said you can still search for your cards, could you post a screenshot of the board that is missing its cards?
  • Hi Hugh, this article might help you: https://help.trello.com/article/1092-how-do-i-request-a-discount-for-my-registered-non-profit-organization
  • Hi Ricardo, I would try to reach out to our support team and see if they can do anything for you: trello.com/contact I would include relevant information like the name of the team and the approximate date you created and deleted it.
  • You might be interested in our Templates to get you started: https://trello.com/templates Templates are a sort of "board skeleton" that you can copy and start using on your own teams. They usually have specific goal in mind, for example a Project Planning template, a Company Overview template, etc.
  • Hi Melissa, Unfortunately, no such feature exists on Trello. In general, Trello's philosophy about collaboration allows any member to change anything on the board and its cards and lists. Enterprise and Business Class versions of Trello feature more fine-grained control and restrictions if you are interested.…
  • Hi Jason! That's a very cool idea, but unfortunately Trello does not support center aligned text. For a full rundown of what Markdown features we support, please see this page: https://help.trello.com/article/821-using-markdown-in-trello
