Hello @Jamie you should first create an sla that uses a business days calendar. The SLA should breach after 3 days. Then using automation module you can setup a rule that the ticket is closed when that SLA is breached

Hello @Huy NguyenD welcome to the community, reports can't be restricted at this point. Regards

Hello @Chris Watson welcome to the community. I've done stuff like this in the past. Jira allows you to hide the different organizations and what you intend to do, while it would be feasible, it can't be done without use of some extra apps. This segregation of organization, team and users could be tricky, specially if each…

Entiendo el requerimiento pero hay que ver qué opciones de configuración tiene la app que instalaste. Tal vez no tiene ese nivel de integración y se deban evaluar otras (recuerdo haber visto una más en el marketplace)

Hello @Rosana Casilli I would check two things. The order the action happens in the post function. Check that the group is assigned on top of everything, it happened in the past that even though changes were done Jira didn't reindex the issue by the time it was supposed to use the change that was just applied. if the group…

hello @Liuda Naumenko welcome to the community. Have you checked different browsers or private mode? Could be cache or an extension in the browser causing conflict maybe

Hello @Sudhakar Burgose a workflow validator allows users to see the transitions but will check that certain criteria is met in order to reach the final status. Very useful when you want users to fill extra fields and you show those on a transition screen. As a comparison with the other options Conditions ensure that…

Then it's going to be via database queries. We used to have those queries but for older versions and I'm not qualified to help you create a new one. Hopefully someone else in the community can better help with that part. Optionally check for apps like this one…
-
Hello @Bashar Ayoub welcome to the community, depending on the version you have just by seeing the projects list you should have the last time it got updated each project. That should help you easily identify the main candidates. If your version is too old you can't see that there and you will have to go to the database…

Tendría que ver más en fino la configuración y demás. Es lo que hacemos a diario así que por ese lado confío que podríamos ayudar. Necesito más visibilidad de tu entorno para que pueda aportar más
-
Well I would need bigger visibility to better assist you, I thought it was a simple one but if there are many relations and things are as big as they sound I can't help you much without more detail. Some advice, try to use Jira software rather than core, the agile boards will be more flexible and will be able to have…

Hola @Luciana Matijasevich vas a necesitar hacer uso de alguna aplicación como la siguiente https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220105/freshdesk-jira-connector?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
-
Hello @Martin Geil welcome to the community, you can do that without problem, it might be a bit painful to copy the license I suppose, but yes that would work.
-
Mail queue is a tab that is within the system option from the administration view. My guess that is full and delays the emails being sent About notifications you are not getting duplicates but two notifications due two different events. You might want to check your notification scheme. Maybe you need to clean it up a bit.

Hello @Noormahamud Ali welcome to the community, take a look to the following link https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-the-cloud-instance-url-address-or-migrating-to-a-new-cloud-instance-691011835.html Seems like this is what you are looking for
-
Hello @Vera Valshonok regarding item 2 I would suggest you check the email queue. For item one I would need a couple of examples of the emails and the history tab from the ticket that the notification is for.
-
Hello @Benjamin Gordon welcome to the community, in Jira core projects you have as many columns as statuses you have in your workflow. If you want more, then you must edit the workflow and that will be reflected in the board. In Jira software, you can have more statuses than columns (or the other way around) and depending…
-
Hello @Marcelo Naistat welcome to the community. When I have done it, it was one ticket per applicant and your workflow should reflect the different steps of your process. The thing with the CV is that if you attach it to Jira, you won't be able to search within its content. I suggest you have a couple of custom fields…
-
Hello @Rafal Sojka I know you can do that with Elements app. Not sure you can do that with scriptrunner. It might be but never did such thing
-
Hello @Martin Gabriel welcome to the community, you can't customize that per project
-
Hello @Csanád Póda welcome to the community, I suggest you try that using Eazybi app. This app would allow you to measure the average the in certain status, maybe by doing the average of all but the first you get something more like what you are expecting to see
-
Hello @Gizmotronn as far as I know, that can't be customized
-
Hello @Shpendi Rakipi the way I see it, this should be pretty straightforward because you wouldn't care about the agile specific custom fields if you are moving to service desk. If all issue types remain the same it's even simpler, if many issue types end as a single one an many request types, then move per issue type,…
-
Can't help you with that part, sorry
-
Sorry to hear about that. As far as I know, there is no option available. Always test CSV import within a test environment first
-
Hello @jimmyk1986 I guess you learned in the bad way why CSV import isn't one of my favorites features. I don't think you can do what you want either as a bulk thing or via REST API. I suggest you click disable for each of them but use the middle button on your mouse. That would open a new tab but you can click on all of…
-
Hello @Rahul Rai welcome to the community. If you are on cloud, trial lasts 7 days and might be able to extend it a bit more if you contact Atlassian support team. You should have received emails that trial was ending and needed to add the credit card details for sure
-
-
Ups...I was too sure it wasn't the case. Sorry for giving you wrong information @monas Thanks for the help @Petter Gonçalves
