Hola Salvador, dentro de los campos personalizados tienes opción de crear campos texto ya sea cortos o largos. Salvo haya cambiado recientemente en cloud los mismos aceptan wiki render por defecto.

On that case, my original answer will work. Work with the notification schemes but do it based on roles rather than groups, see more about it here

Hello, there are some limitations/differences between cloud and server, that doesn't mean that would affect you. Our company can help you assess that in detail and plan a migration as we have done with others in the past. Whichever answer we give over here might be too generic and wouldn't add much value to you. If you…

Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner. The fact that you are in a next gen project is the issue here. Please check my answer for a similar case here
-
If you are project admin that would explain why you can't edit Post functions either . About resolutions, try to keep them as few as possible since those are shared across all the projects
-
you should be able to if you click on the post function link (not the edit on top). What does it tell you when you click on it? Allow me to say as well that you should try to have 1 single end status for you process and have the option to select the resolution when you move the ticket to it. For example, everything ends in…

great think you figured out the last part... I was coming back to give my answer to you :)
-
you might be using a next-gen project and that feature isn't available yet... see here Maybe you should change it to a classic project instead, here is a useful doc for it
-
You would need to edit the notification scheme and change the settings on the create issue event. Most likely the assignee is listed there and is causing these notifications
-
Do this users belong to the jira-servicedesk-users group as well? I don't see that detailed on the setup and it's the user that by default grants them a valid JSD license to them
-
Hi Dishal, On the notification scheme, you should add the role in which the service desk teams is added (by default Service Desk Team). Anyway I would recommend to do a queue for them to see whenever a new ticket is added, that way the team works within Jira Service Desk rather than checking emails to see if there is…

You don't need scriptrunner to do so. Just edit the transition that goes to out of that status (if understood correctly you don't want users to move the issues to the next status) and add a condition over there Then just pick the group you want and that should be it. I made that printscreen without any apps on the…
-
why make it with properties instead of a condition on the transition to the status that you want to deny that? that should be easier to config you should have a condition named something like user is in group.
-
Maybe it never made it into Jira and that could be why you don't have logs. What logs do you have in the other end? I've seen login problems in the past (due to the instance performance for example) that the external app was unable to login and therefore, failed to create the ticket.

If you get me the file I can tell you where does it come from. I can ensure that it's not related to what you need and you will need to consider the options I mentioned on top to get that type of report.
-
Hello Steve, JSD doesn't have premium version yet, and paying just service desk should be enough. Ping me if you need assistance with the licensing, I can help you identify the best option for you to go and get discounts on the pricing. There is a contact form at our website www.elite-it.me

Check this link, it should help you to export to csv. I would do this while running queries for each project, like project = XYZ and then export that project to a csv
-
you need to use a condition in the close transition of the workflow associated to the parent issue type, you should have a Sub-Task Blocking Condition over there. That should help you achieve what you need.
-
sorry, I'm on the road and don't have it in mind. I suppose that a ticket to atlassian support can help you get that answer.

They don't. Let's say they estimate an hour for a task on the estimated time field. Then they log 20 mins to it. There you have a progress of 33% that they didn't add but got calculated based on their input. Do you have the column name of the csv that shows percentage? I'm guessing that's the case based on the input I have
-
You would be able to if you are running on server or datacenter version. More info about logs here
-
Hello Mike, the percentage that you mention might be related to the estimated hours and time spent on the task rather than the task status. About ways to do what you need? I would explore making it at EazyBI which allows you to build complex reports and have all in a pretty output, else Time in Status might be enough to…

Just by typing whatever the label needs to be on the labels field should create a new label for you. No need to be and admin or anything like that to do so.
