Hi @Muntazir Mehdi (Monty) that would be a no. You can upgrade a product and not necessarily all of them. Jira software as premium but confluence as standard, nevertheless the upgrade applies to all licensed users for that product.
-
Hello @Athas Mark I understand your concern but in my 10 years as administrator, I never faced this kind of problem when doing a workflow change. Now specifically to the question, yes you could do what you want but you will lose data in the middle anyway, like history of the tickets and potentially creation dates as well…

Correct, I believe that's the intention here. Anyone can report but not anyone can see everything within the project. A role should be added on the browse project permission as well for that set of users that are meant to see all the project that I didn't mention on my reply.
-
If I recall correctly, if you set a permission scheme with only the reporter on the create and browse project permission that achieves the same behavior than what was suggested by @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- even though it does the trick I believe it's better to use the security schemes that are meant for that

Hello Ronald, that config is from the Incoming Mail Handlers Check more about them in the following link https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/ Keep in mind that this would be useful if you are not using a JSM project, those emails are not managed through there

If they have the proper settings they could login with Google account once is created. You as admin should be able to see then created in Jira before they even go to the url mentioned. It could also be the case that you have allowed anyone with that domain to register into your instance, nevertheless at id.atlassian.com…
-
Via API you could use your own developed service with the language you prefer and then interact with Jira via rest. Our team uses python in most cases.
-
Hello @Judah I'm not a developer as such but you certainly can use that in datacenter as well. There might be minor differences in some of them but the overall are the same as far as I can tell
-
You can do a query and the bulk move the tickets to the other project. Just be sure your versions and components are there beforehand. The following link should help as well on the detailed steps https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/edit-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time/
-
Hello @Mario Tobar are all other notifications from the tool being sent? How are those users being added? Are they being manually created or pulled automatically via an integration with the account provider like Google as an example?
-
Hello, as the other members suggest, check out partners in the partner directory. I would recommend checking for those who speak your native language. From your user I would say you are a Spanish speaker as is my case.
-
-
Any chance that the notifications are disabled for that project or the outgoing mail isn't enabled at all? First option is within the project settings on the Customer Notification section Second option is one of the main settings within the System settings that you can set as administrator
-
Hello @Ugo Vasi welcome to the community, the following link is the formal documentation for what you are looking in you have any doubts. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/delete-a-customers-account/

Hi @David when you create the initial issue make sure you add a step to Link both issues if you haven't already. Then with another rule with an "issue transitioned" trigger you can set it that if the issue was moved to Dev completed then within the branches component you should see the linked issues option there and on it…
-
Hello @David Ghoussoub The short answer is that you need to add them with customers accounts to keep the invoice without impact and without them being able to see everything. Check out the following knowledge base. This should cover your question in more detail.…

Based on the questions I can certainly tell that I have no idea about any of them so here is my guess * C * C * B * A * C

will do my best to make it to the second timezone. See you all there
-
-
Hello @Azahara Camacho assuming that you have tickets in place already, you should check which query are you using to fill the board's information. Also keep in mind that if the filter isn't shared with others, only those who can actually see the results will see the issues reflected in the board
-
Hello @Lavanya you should be able to use all free versions together just keep in mind that in the free version you can have only 3 JSM agents and your jira admins use a license so make sure you keep those to the minimum. You shouldn't need more than one for 10 users which is the maximum for the other products
-
The upgrade applies to all users, it the cost is too high you might explore other options like big picture https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212259/bigpicture-project-management-ppm?hosting=cloud&tab=overview You will also have to pay for all the users but since you can remain in standard version the increase…

Hello @Graham Martin this documentation should help you achieve what you need. https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/receiving-requests-by-email-939926303.html#:~:text=To%20add%20a%20new%20email,configured%20in%20your%20Jira%20instance. Feel free to ask if you have doubts about it
-
Hello @Jorge Torija Zane I believe that even though you are in spanish you need to use due date or due (both should be supported options for the same field) and with that you will be able to do what you want
-
Yes, you can set premium as a trial and validate this yourself but as mentioned above. Source of information can be a query, a project or an Agile board (wouldn't apply here). The tool won't check the type of project behind it.
