Yes, that's what I meant with all over again. Any existing ticket will get the SLA recalculated
-
De nada, no olvides marcar esto como resuelto para que pueda servir a alguien más después

If you eventually are using the portal, stay in service desk then. Re-reading my answer looks like I made it to complex to follow the idea. So going back to the original question. Just have a request type to associate to the emails and hide it from the portal by leaving it without groups assigned to. That will leave the…

Hello @monas if you change the calendar used for the SLAs, those will be recalculated all over again
-
Hello @Louise Simmonds using automation for Jira should allow you to monitor changes on that field and notify whenever the condition is met. If you don't have budget for it you could do the following to make it more likely that the lead developers will be aware of this scenario. * Add a swimline in the board they work at *…

Hello @aligntechsupport if the field isn't showing it's because it's not supported. I can see that is a text field like. Those never work for those types of reports, check for summary or description as an example, you won't find them either
-
Hello @Johan I suggest you explore apps like exalate or backbone sync to do this. These are apps meant for this. Doing this with email handlers doesn't work great. It usually causes endless loops of emails and tickets creations on both environments
-
I recall using a condition option that checked that, no groovy expression. I believe the option said field has a single value might be part of an app. Most likely JMWE or Jira suite utilities.
-
Sorry but looks like the import isn't supported by cloud, I was pretty sure it was. See the following link https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/importing-and-exporting-issue-workflows-962965084.html I'm afraid you will have to manually replicate it.
-
Hello @Javier Casas welcome to the community. The answer for that question may change from one app to another. You might need to extra configuration once installed, or create a custom field for this functionality or it might be already visible within a Jira ticket. I suggest you go to the Atlassian marketplace and look for…
-
Hello @Ankit Chouhan welcome to the community. Whoever has administrator permissions will be able to see all projects and even though you could configure a project to be visible by you as a user, this other admin will still have privileges to modify who can see that project since it will always be visible to him from an…
-
It's not an option as such but you can construct complex conditions by grouping and nesting conditions. Change any condition into a group by clicking Add grouped condition for each condition. You can then add further conditions to this new group
-
@Lokesh what you can possibly do is to set a condition that checks that the field has a single value. I recall doing that for the components field. That would get the work done but will cause headaches to the users because most likely they won't know why they can't transition the issue. Also, they can transition the ticket…

Hello @gregory.nessinger welcome to the community. Looks like you are confusing the customer notifications (which you configured) with the agents notifications which can't be customized in cloud (and wouldn't recommend to customize much in server either)
-
Hi @Fernando you don't need to have more than one issue type and you might not even need service desk if it's all internal and there is no usage for the portal. Maybe Jira core or software is enough and should be less expensive as you grow. It would also remove the request type level, therefore its complexity. For the…
-
Hello @Tim Purkey welcome to the community. You should be able to do with workflow conditions and most likely an additional app like Jira suite utilities. Using conditions allows you to do AND/OR logical validations to see if certain criteria is met
-

That won't remove the permissions to add comments
-
Hello @Luciana Matijasevich you should modify the permission scheme and remove the create issues and comment issues permissions there, so that can't be done from the portal
-
No problem, don't forget to mark this as solved if that's the case
-
Hello @Mark_Sellhorn welcome to the community. Customers can raise tickets, approve them and clearly also comment them without need of using a license
-
Hello @Milan Mainassy welcome to the community. I believe that by clicking that button you are forcing Jira to refresh the board, else if you wait for about a minute the tickets created by someone else should be shown on your board. It's not something that happens right away. Please provide more details if this isn't the…

Sites or instances are pretty much the same to me, so to clarify if you are pulling data from two Jira pages (jira1.domain.com and jira2.domain.com) advanced roadmaps won't work and Jira align is the potential solution but it's usually meant for large companies with thousands of users. If this isn't the case it will most…
-
Good, then the migration shouldn't be too complex
-
Hello @Andrea Rodriguez what would be a Jira space? If it's another project within the instance then yes, you can reuse the existing configuration from other projects and I would recommend you to do it. If by space you mean another instance, then you can export and import your workflows, you will later have to keep them in…
-
Hello @[deleted] welcome to the community. You are right about item one. About the other one, as you import the projects the db will be merged. What won't get migrated as part of it is going to be information related apps you might have in the instance you are moving the projects from. Apps usually have their own table at…

Hola @Jorge J. Cobian bienvenido a la comunidad. No termino de entender a qué apunta esto y que relación tiene con las herramientas de Atlassian. Podrías comentar más al respecto?
-
Hello @Juan Comas if that happened within the last 7 days maybe Atlassian can restore it. File a ticket with them
-
Hello @Zsuzsanna Károlyi are you certain that is the version you are using? That must be 6 years old at least and doesn't match with the deployment plan selected for this ticket. Nevertheless, if that is really the case that is in the users and roles tab of the project admin view. If you are using cloud, that should be in…

Hello @David_King welcome to the community. You can't do that with jira, I would configure the queues with the issue types as part of the columns information or queues per issue type. As you use it you get used to seeing the icon or the issue types , for me is so natural that wouldn't add any value doing something as you…
