Hello @Christopher Hacia welcome to the community. As a quick solution, add the administrator group in the browse project permissions over all the permissions schemes. That would allow you to see all projects. Afterwards I recommend you to revisit the permission schemes applied to the different projects and make sure those…

Hello @ailyn welcome to the community. Looks like you are in the free plan rather than the standard one. What do you see when you go to the billing section? Check the link below for more details about the plan and how to change it. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/explore-jira-cloud-plans/

Hi, as far as I can tell, that's not a possibility. In order to move an issue the user must have move permissions on the origin project and browse and create on the destination one. And that's the only thing you can play with since the move operation isn't a transition, therefore you can't make use of conditions and…

Hi @Dimitrios Danampasis take a look to this app. It might get you what you need https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221996/smart-project-config-and-documentation?tab=overview&hosting=server

Hello @Helena MP sounds like you could handle your IT projects in Jira software and once they are released to the customer, you can offer them a portal from Jira service Management for them to submit problems or new request that you could later copy and sync with the backend projects (the Jira software ones)

It must be something with the plugin then and that exceeds my knowledge. Sorry I can't help further

And within jira you can create tickets in all of them? Right?
-
Hello @Татьяна there is no limit with the amount of customer but certainly it you have plenty you will soon exceed the space limit for the attachments your customers might add.
-
Hello @TOTHOMweb are the projects that you can see next gen and classic as well? Maybe it supports only the classic ones.
-

If the field is still not showing after following those steps from the link, make sure that your user has resolve issues permissions in the project. If it's happening something else please provide more information about what's happening

-
Hello @BlueRock can they still see the PURL board? I suppose that is not the case anymore. Maybe the filter used on the board is no longer shared which denies them access to see it and therefore , see the backlog tab
-
hi @Adrian Criado yes it can be done. If you are using jira service management/desk check out the following link https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/receive-requests-from-an-email-address/ Else you can configure mail handlers to do the same in jira software or core…
-
Hello @Bhawana Pandey user should be in the jira-service-desk group and belong to the role/group that is granting service desk agent in the permission scheme assigned to that project
-
Hola @Vinicius revisa la siguiente documentación para crear Campos personalizados en proyectos clásicos y asignarlos a los distintos configuration item https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/project-screens-schemes-and-fields-938847220.html
-
Hello @Mehul Varambhia as far as I can tell, yes you will need access in order to use sso. I'm not familiar with duo but you certainly need it if you will use active directory.

Hello @Guy Mandel welcome to the community. Check out this app. I believe it will fit your needs https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220441/external-share-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hello @Nikita Shagiev welcome to the community. You can't do what you want since admins are supposed to configure workflows, custom fields among many other things and that is shared across the whole environment. Try to keep jira admins at minimum to minimize the risk of admins messing up other existing configurations.
-
Glad to help. Don't forget to mark this as solved

Check out the following links to copy the workflow and manage them when they are active or inactive https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/adding-and-deleting-an-issue-workflow-844500765.html https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/working-with-workflows-776636540.html Basically you will be doing the…

The solution in theory was to pay for opsgenie and customer certainly didn't want that. I solved my problem without needing to add an extra site admin so didn't have to dig further. I'm not so sure there are options to overcome this more than paying
-
Hi @Jason Gray I had a similar problem before. In which I had standard plans for Jira and Confluence but the environment did also have a free plan for opsgenie so when trying to add a site admin, it was trying to grant access to opsgenie as well and since it was already at the limit of users, we were unable to add more…
-
Hello @ESCA IT Manager welcome to the community. You could make a copy of the workflow, do the changes there and then apply the new workflow at the desire workflow scheme. This should allow you to overcome your problem
-
Hello @tmanai it appears that the Jira users that is running the service doesn't have permission to read/modify the home folder. Check those permissions and try again.
-
Hello @Ralf Latz if you are talking about the screen shown when you select the assign button that is available for anyone who has assign permissions, then that screen can't be configured. Else, there is also a chance that there is an assign transition as part of the workflow. In that scenario, there could be a screen (or…

Glad to help, sorry I can't give you more details about the automation part but I always answer these from my mobile and it's not simple to add images to easily explain things with it.
