Hi @wajih zouaoui ! Have you changed your Confluence base URL?
-
Hm, it's hard to tell, then. Since it's a test instance I would've just reinstalled it
-
Hi @sumitha manoharan and welcome to our Community! May it be that the email server has not been configured? Have you received any emails from the system earlier? Are you the administrator? Are there other ones?
-
Oh, yes, I didn't notice the upper image, sorry. If this is not a fresh installation I suggest you just start over.
-
If you have your database set up as in the installation guide as well as other production requirements you can easily choose "I'll set it up myself" and go on.
-
Hi @Abhijit Dongre ! Haven't you created the administrator account during the installation process?
-
I'm sorry I'll switch back to English :) These are both products' timelines: Confluence Release Summary Jira Software Version History It looks like you versions colud be: Confluence 6.0 - November 2016 Jira Server 7.4.6 2018-01-16 Unless you've updated them after.
-

As attachments are only a part of the overall application's structure I have grave doubts it would work. Again, I might be wrong here.

Hi @[deleted] ! Please, check the similar question and its accepted answer. It seems just like your situation: required security token Hope it helps.
-
Oh, I see. I've looked through the following article: Restoring Data from other Backups and I don't see how this may be possible, because you're required to have not only the backup of your database, but of your home directory as well. It seems that there's no way to recover (according to the related documentation). I…

Hi, @Andrey Basharov ! Please, take a look at the following article and see whether it applies to your situation. And here's the similar question on finding out the Confluence version from your database: Does anyone know if the version of Confluence is stored in the Confluence database? Please, try to go through the steps…
-
I see. Do you use only the internal directory or some other ones (like LDAP) as well?
-
Hi @Dmitriy Ivannikov and welcome to our Community! Try to do the following: Confluence Admin >> Cache Statistics >> Flush All And see if anything changes.
-
Thank you so much @Diego ! Yes, you're right, I found the process. I'll clean it up later and post the detail here so that it could help someone as well.
-
I used it on Friday but on Monday it was already dead. Something happened during the weekend.
-
All this is pretty strange, because the timing is perfect. My Confluence stopped working also a couple of days ago.
-
Ok, I don't see anything except "Killed" There's another similar case: Confluence Start Failure

Hi @David García ! Welcome to our club: 1, 2
-
Hi! It looks just like my issue How have you been able to find the "FATAL kernel too old" error? Where to look for it?
-
Yes, guys, I'm with you. It's really annoying. I have to look through the recent activity to find the right question.
-
Hi @Siim Loog1 ! I've been trying to figure it out. Where have you catched this error, what parameter (and how) have you changed in the setenv.sh file? Thanks in advance.
-
Hi @sam.roels Have you tried to perform the test in the same project? Do these two project have the same notification scheme?
-
Oh, I see, ok. I think @Dave Bosman _Inetum_ 's recommendation is what you need, then. Have a nice day!
-
Hi @Nathan Pledger ! You actually don't need any external app - the goal is achieved by the basic Confluence functionality. You just create the template you need and promote it. The process is pretty straightforward.
-
Yes, that's correct.
-
Yes, sure! You can export-import spaces in the XML format one-by-one between your Cloud and Server instances. This process won't affect already existing spaces as it's not a full site backup and restore. You'll need to re-configure permissions afterward, that is all. Try to export and import one space and you'll see it's…
-
Hi, @Bhuvaneshwari ! It's pretty simple. Please, refer to the following documentation: Import a Confluence Space How to Export-Import Confluence Pages and Spaces Should you have any difficulties don't hesitate to get back to us!
-
Hi @BruceJr Lee ! Is there a user with the same username in the local Jira directory?
-
Stupid me :) Wrote it automatically. It was not a question, actually.
