Yes, I see. Nevertheless, you're welcome!

Oh, I see, sorry :) I just thought we haven't resolved the issue yet. Need some sleep ^_^ Have a nice day! P.S. You're welcome!

Hi @Helen Ahlberg! I'm sorry, now I don't quite get what we're trying to accomplish here. Please, correct me if I'm wrong. You need to create 2 custom fields 1) Single Select Type (SSF) 2) Multi-Select (MSF) These types should be configured with custom icons. For example: Where 1 (red) - SSF, custom icons 2 (blue) - MSF,…

I'd like to, but I don't have my environment and can't reproduce the process. Would you please be so kind as to show me a couple of screenshots (with the settings) to refresh my memory? Thanks.
-
Hi @Helen Ahlberg! Can't you add custom icons to each status like shown here:
-
Hi @serc! Try to use this:

Oh, I see, my bad. There's a way to implement calculated fields on Cloud: Is there any way to create calculated fields in JIRA Cloud? See the answer by @Jon Bevan _Adaptavist_
-
Wow, that's great ^_^ I think it's better to do it @anshu02's way. Btw., have you tried to enter your old pass, the one you used before?
-
Yes, basic JQL functionality has its limitations. To calculate the difference between fields I used the following app: Jira Misc Custom Fields There are calculated fields there.
-
Hi @Kane Ying! If you don't have a "forgot password" option I suggest you address your system administrator.
-
Hi @Anil Kumar! I'm afraid there's no way to do it without marketplace apps.
-
Hi @Christopher Nelson! That's the way to deal with issues :) Thank you for the link.
-
Hi @[deleted]! The "haslinks" function is not included in basic JQL functions. It's a part of the following marketplace app: Script JQL Functions - Adaptavist ScriptRunner If you want to use this function you'll need to have this app installed.
-
Ok, I see. There's a free marketplace app I used for a similar purpose: Icons for Jira You can configure it and use in only one project. Does it suit your needs?
-
Yes, this is what I thought.

Hi @Shlomi Perets! I'm afraid SSO is just what's needed here. We used to have a shared directory between Jira - Confluence and all users had to log in separately.
-
Hi @Pipo Bla! I'm sorry no one ever answered your question. Did you manage to overcome this difficulty?
-
Hi @dmitri! Have you found any solution?
-
Cool. Thank you! Have a nice day!
-
Hi @Hans Gustavson! Have you managed to find the solution?
-
Hi @Brandon Tomyoy! I'm sorry no one came to your help. Have you managed to find the reason for such interesting behavior?
-
Hi @Chris Nelson! I'm sorry no one answered you back then. Did you manage to find the solution on your own?
-
Ok, let's try to update by replacement. Please, follow the @[deleted]'s instructions here: An error was encountered while updating the UPM
-
Hi @[deleted]! So you've managed to update UPM this way?
-
Hi @Kyle Li Try to do the following: * Enable the Outgoing Mail log in Administration > System > Troubleshooting and Support > Logging and Profiling and set it to DEBUG. * Reproduce the problem. * Check the atlassian-jira-outgoing-mail.log for any errors.

Hi @Hill Angela and welcome to our Community! Of course, you can: Installing JIRA applications on Windows

It's ok, thank you!

You're welcome @Mike Savard. Have a nice day!
