Понятно, спасибо! А как выглядит этот же фильтр со стороны сотрудника? Пусть он попробует открыть этот фильтр. Возможно, там будут такие же колонки, которые ему приходят в письме. Если это так, можно поменять колонки со стороны сотрудника. Дополнительно можно проверить, какие колонки выбраны в настройках самого фильтра.
