Hi, @AKSHAY THAKARE! Please, refer to the following question: Show customer the assignee Hope this helps.

Hi! What are other options in the dropdown list where unlabeled-ID-42 is shown now?

สวัสดีครับ @ดาต้าโปร เชียงใหม่ Please, refer to this article: Error when logging in or visiting dashboard The similar situation is described there. Hope this helps.

Hi! It's done. P.S. Hard to know spam filter's ways :)
-
Oh, I'm sorry, I really meant "Project type", not category. As I can see, it's "Software". It's strange that I cannot reproduce the issue so that I'd get the same screen. But, nevertheless, I'm very skeptical that these fields could be set as 'not required'. "Log work" screen is notorious for being non-configurable.
-
Here, for example, Time tracking for a Business project:
-
I've noticed that it also depends on the project category. Which one is yours?
-
Hi, again! Now I see. Can you please, also, clarify what version are you using? On my server and test cloud environments the screen looks like this: As you can see, only the "Time Spent" field is required along with "Date Started" which is natural. The "Work Description" field is optional in both cases.
-
Ok, can you, please, provide a screenshot demonstrating this situation: When a user select the time tracking to enter in their time spent on a ticket, they ALSO have to enter a description AND estimate of time remaining (it will always be 0). Thank you!
-
Hi, @Janine Daniels! I think I can help. The point is that a "Field configuration scheme" just maps a field configuration to a project. So, to complete the task you should change the respective Field Configuration. Under the field configuration you'll find "Time tracking" and its properties:

Hi, @Fernanda Moreno! I'm sorry, I haven't noticed the "Cloud" tag. No, this is not available for Cloud yet. My bad.
-
Ok, thank you! I tried to upload/download the file with the name "Jayak Monthly NTDs reporting (119)" and there were no mistakes in my environment. What were other filenames?
-
Hi! Can you, please, provide more information? What are the initial filename and the modified one?
-
Hi, @Yogesh Mude! Please, change "description" to "customfield" and see what happens.
-
@Yogesh Mude, I've never quired the database directly. There may be something in-between the above-mentioned add-on and the database, I don't know. I use the add-on and am able to retrieve the required information.
-
Hi! If you have "Database Console" you can use these 2 queries to find out where your custom field is used: SELECT * FROM "customfield" to find the required field's ID, and SELECT * FROM "customfieldvalue" where "customfield" = <id> Where <id> should be set to the value from the first request. The latter query will list…

Ok, thank you. Have you added any new macros recently? If you have, try to disable them and see if Date macro is back to life.

Hi! Have you seen the following article: User cannot login to Confluence with LDAP synchronization enabled ? There're steps to resolve the problem. I think they may help in your situation as well.

Hi! No, I've never encountered that. In my environment it works well:

Hi, @Ilkka Kiviharju and welcome to our Community! Did Date macro work before or it never worked in your environment? By the way, does "User mention (@)" work?
